Cushions placed alongside pillows A foul smell pervaded the entire room. It has probably been used continuously for many years but has not been washed even once.The hotel manager tries randomly entering a room to understand the feelings of the guests that the most important thing about staying in a hotel is to open the room in order to sleep and rest. But when you come back and find a smelly, dirty cushion placed on the bed, what will your feelings be?There is no tissue paper for guests in the room. There is no shower cap in the bathroom. There is no cotton bud to spin the ears. But it's still nice to have a hair dryer available. There are only 2 large towels, no small ones for drying your hair, and they are very old towels.There is a small refrigerator for storing drinks for guests to use. Snacks are available but the cost is calculated based on actual use. It is considered a service to the guests. But there was no thermos and coffee.

The receptionist didn't smile at all. I'd like to improve it a bit. When doing service work, you must smile and be cheerful. Overall, everything else is good.

The receptionist is very bad. Service is bad. Must be retrained. Must train new employees. You should not choose to deal with customers. Stayed 5 nights, the bed was hard, there was no kettle in the room, the air conditioner cooled slowly, not happy with this stay. Please help improve the etiquette with the reception staff.

Very old hotel But we are more stuck with the service being not good at all. On a bad day There are still hotels that make it even worse than before. Really annoying. We booked through Agoda but the system crashed and the hotel still hasn't received our reservation. From 5 p.m. We have to follow the story ourselves. But probably because the system was down, Agoda didn't answer our calls at all. When asking for help from the hotel, is there a direct number? They should be partners. The receptionist said no. So we called Agoda's number that didn't connect, calling repeatedly from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.Around 8 p.m. We are tired from working and traveling all day. And was sick from food poisoning, so we suggested that we put down a deposit for the full price of the room. If the system returns to normal, then the money will be refunded. If you really don't get the reservation, the money will be taken away. Please stay first. Because my physical condition really can't handle it. The receptionist informed me that he didn't. At that moment, the hotel owner or manager walked by. We think he will help provide customer service. Because we will place money for the room before requesting to open the room. I think we were fair with the accommodation. But where did they tell us that if the system really crashed? Agoda officials probably won't answer the phone. Because the number of employees is small. Then I turned and told the receptionist not to open the room for him until we received the reservation. Oh my, I was so shocked I couldn't even speak.After a while, the receptionist said, "Uh, you're a customer." There is an Agoda number. Will the customer try calling? We accepted contact for a while. can contact But he informed us that the system was down as we initially thought. Some more time passed until around 9 p.m. At that time, I still did not have a reservation form from the Agoda system. The receptionist walked up and said would you like this, sir? The customer has paid the room fee in advance. If you already have a reservation, tomorrow the hotel will refund your money. We agreed to get a room first. But I thought to myself, Why wait until late at night? Even though we proposed the deposit for the room a long time ago.In conclusion, the room was not impressed. But I'm not more impressed with the service.

Come to workFirst time coming to Sisaket and staying here.The hotel is ok.Soft bed, comfortable sleepThe receptionist is cute and friendly.The check-in point and the room are quite far. I was staying on one side but it was not a hindrance.Next time I come to Sisaket I will stay here again.
