This is the best hotel in Phayao. I had a bad experience while staying here. It was so difficult that I tried to return to Korea. But the landlady was very warm to me even though I was shocked. They offered me free accommodation and told me to relax and leave. I was so shocked that I refused and left. But the lady gave me pocket money and told me to use it for car expenses. And he said he was sorry to me. I felt a warm heart for this person, like a mother. I have never met anyone like this before. I hope that in the future I will have the opportunity to come one more time to see this person.

It's really great. I've been here many times. This time I got a new room. Last time I came to the new room, it wasn't finished yet. But everything is perfect, clean, convenient, comfortable, has internet, has internet graphics to watch, has YouTube, has a hair dryer, and has a refrigerator. Everything is good. The price is not expensive too.

Great value and pretty busy. I had booked the wrong dates and got here a week early 🦘🦘 but managed to get in. Washing was kindly done for a small donation ( in between rain squalls)

I stayed with my partner for approximately a week and both the service and the room were excellent.The first day they gave us a room that was a bit small and comfortable, but the lady offered us to change rooms to a larger and more comfortable one. Very detail-oriented, every morning they gave us two bottles of water and a little bit of coffee.When we were leaving, they offered to take us to the bus station by car. At first we refused, since it was a short journey, but with our backpacks we could have arrived very tired.Since I am somewhat absent-minded, I had to go back, since I had left a jacket and they offered to take me on a motorcycle. I tried to politely decline, since this time I didn't have a backpack or anything, but they insisted.I highly recommend this place, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. In addition, it has a small terrace where you can spend the afternoon.

This place is very good, quiet and peaceful if anyone comes to visit Phayao. You can come stay here. The rooms are clean and there are very friendly cats. And can walk from the room to visit Kwan too. If I have a chance to come to Phayao again, I will stay here.

Auntie takes good care of us. Clean room, good price, good location. First time working in and going to the accommodation. We'd like to see the room first. The aunt was kind enough to let me see the condition of the room first. Friendly like going to a friend's house. Next time, definitely have to go to stay again.

The rooms are new and nice, clean, have everything. Very worth the price 💯The accommodation is in a small alley. It's a little difficult for a big car, but you can get in. There's parking in the area of the house. Highly recommended for family or friends who bring their own cars or a lot of stuff. You can park your car in front of the house and bring your things in. Very convenient.

The accommodation is clean and pleasing, the pillows and mattresses are brand new. Excellent bathroom There is a fan to ventilate (the poop doesn't smell). There is soap/shampoo ready.▶ There is a kettle + free coffee.▶ Even though it's a narrow alley Which doesn't have any negative effects at all. I was in the room and didn't show my face to see anything. If you want to eat food Going to Rim Kwan only takes 2-3 minutes, not a problem.▶ Most importantly, the price of 480 baht looks better than where I stayed yesterday in the city, priced at 700 baht, a western hotel. Please don't mention my name.That one is very bad. ❌The bathroom is cramped❌There is no ventilation fan. Whoever poops will stink all the way to the bedroom. ❌There is no kettle in the room. At the counter There is no lobby. The staff said that if you want a kettle Must open a special room 1500▶I don't want to support it. Business owners who take advantage of consumers like that▶ In conclusion, this place is very worthwhile. Let me tell you.🎯Please don't send pictures. Wife is taking a shower.

The rooms and accommodations are very clean. I don't know if they just opened or not. But it's clean like new. Cheap price for a room like this. Like staying at a hotel, very good service, strong water, cool air conditioning, hair dryer, complete equipment, near Kwan Phayao. The entrance is a little narrow. Overall good. Will stay again.

From the minute we arrived, we felt very comfortable and welcome! The owners are unbelievably kind and helpful hosts and made sure we had anything and everything we needed. The room was big and immaculately clean (probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed at during our 6 months traveling SE Asia each year). Everything seemed brand new and worked great (A/C, fan, kettle, shower, toilet, TV, etc). Coffee, Coffeemate, tea, all provided in the room. They even provided complimentary bread/toast in the morning with butter and jam, as well as a water station. We opted to skip the room cleaning our second morning there as it really wasn't needed and came back later to a basket filled with fresh towels, bathmat, toilet paper and bottles of water. We arrived on Christmas Day and were very surprised and warmed when they came to our room to bring us a really nice box of chocolates with a note wishing us a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The lake is only a short walk away and the sunsets were worth the walk down each night. Lots of restaurants and shops/7-11 around and and Otteri for laundry.
