This old hotel belongs to the so-called “barracks” style - when the rooms are located like a well around the perimeter. There are no complaints about cleanliness. Sound insulation is poor, and the cleaning staff can make noise as early as 7am. The pump also works terribly - when you turn on the shower in any room, the sound of the pump running can be heard throughout the building day and night. I won't be staying here again. Room prices are from 500 and above. For February 2024.

My go to in Phayao. Basic Thai hotel that has everything you need for a simple overnight stay. Big rooms but getting a bit dated. No breakfast but free coffee in the lobby. Be aware if staying a week night the noise from the school next door starts early. Easy walk to the bus station.

The room is spacious. Fair cleanliness Convenient transportation, not far from Kwan Phayao. I asked for this accommodation because it was peaceful. The hotel doesn't have much to worry about. It's comfortable. If you come to Phayao, you'll stay here regularly.
