This accommodation, more of a boutique hotel, is one of the best values in Thailand. Immaculately clean, great A/C and shower, refrigerator and TV with local Thai stations. Limited electrical outlets, but still enough to get by.A self service coin operated washer and dryer, and a large upstairs area overlooking the hills.The town is a few steps off the beaten path, but is worth some days to enjoy the central market, a nearby national park with a waterfall and the easy going people who aren’t constantly bothered by hordes of tourists. Some short, nice hikes around the town and behind the hotel, when you’re likely to be the only person around.The hotel has a microwave in the common area, with free instant noodle soup, coffee and tea. Out back is a delightful porch overlooking a creek.But most noticeable is the caring hosts, who didn’t have two bikes for us to rent, so then offered us their scooter for free, then gave us a ride to the bus station at the end of our stay. Everyone we met in the family run hotel was incredibly kind and considerate.

Last night we stayed here.500 per night, near the market, convenient travel, check-in at 1 p.m. Check out noon There is breakfast of Mama cups, coffee, soy milk (brewed packets), snacks.The room is good, in a loft style with wood. The mattress turned out to be hard. But there's still some stickiness. Sleep OK, not stiff. The refrigerator in our room couldn't be cooled properly so it had to be kept for a long time. There was a seat in front of the accommodation. Bathroom sinks and showers are cast in cement and allow water to flow through the cement. The shower isn't that powerful, but you can take a shower.Auntie who provides good service and is friendly.It's a good option if coming to Thoeng District next time.

I really like this place. I was impressed from the moment I entered. The owner is very kind and friendly. This time we slept in a new room. Inside the room there were 2 floors, the front of the bedroom was the most. At first, I planned to sleep on both. floor within one night, but I couldn't go up and down the stairs, so I just slept on the ground floor. The interior of the room is decorated in front of the bedroom. Inside the hotel now There is a coin-operated washing machine. And in the morning there will be coffee, snacks, instant noodles for you as well. Anyone traveling to Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province, please stop by and relax. You can get it here. The price is a hundred baht and the view is in the thousands.

Clean rooms, good water flow..But the problem is that the room is a little cramped, there is no table for writing or working, there is no electrical outlet on the bedside table. If anyone keeps a mobile phone charger nearby, it might be inconvenient. Personally, I think that the resort should be made for people who come to visit this area and find a place to stay, but if they are salespeople or employees who are out of the province to work, it might not be suitable.

The room is clean, the style is Lanna style, the atmosphere is good, the uncle and aunt are kind and provide free gifts as well. The water flows strong. There are no lotus ponds here. The bathing water flows down like a waterfall. The wifi actually works. But the bed is a bit hard. There is tea, coffee, Ovaltine available, and a microwave oven. Convenient. Definitely come to stay again.

The owner's uncle and aunt are kind. The room is clean and suitable for the price. Turn on GPS and follow the GPS. Strong WiFi. Finish eating outside before staying. Or you can order to eat at the building. There is a microwave available at the hotel. but no food In the morning there is coffee, fruit and snacks available. The room size may not be big but it's not small.

Nice little family own hotel with parking. Perfect stop if you need to stay in the area. The outdoor area is great to have a beer while working on your laptop in the evening.Only issue is that the bathroom was not created for someone of my height, 190cm. I hit my head on the door and the shower which is a fix fixture.Other then that I liked it and will use it again if I’m in the area.

Good vibe in a pleasant town. I want to give higher rating but Unfortunately sound carries through the cement building when people are talking or someone is snoring. Annoying.Coffee, bananas and cookies offered for breakfast.
