I stayed at Nest 1 for three nights, rooms are very nice and the garden is beautiful. I never ate at the restaurant, so I can not comment on that. The reason I give three stars is the owner who really was rude for no apparent reason. I only met her during my last day when I was trying to find someone who could order a taxi for me for the next morning. She straight up refused to do it and told me I should go to the cave bar (700 meters away) to do it from there, which I then did. Everyone else at the property that I encountered was lovely and friendly. Location is far away from everything else, I think Nest 2 is better accessible.

Last year on the 16th of Nov 22 my friends and I checked in here, we are Thai. We love nature around and we have booked trekking trip not far from there and the start point was only 700 meters far from this place and it was cool for us that we have no any vehicle. Restaurant and wooden houses here are lovely surrounded by calm and beautiful nature. But there was one thing that have made all of us feel uncomfortable that there was a middle-aged Thai woman who was rude to us. The way she spoke and the information she gave seemed like she thought that we are going to break the rules there and her body language was super rude as well. One of my friend said the way she speaks like we already done something wrong even we just standing there for checking in. Then in those moment this lady turn to talked to some foreigner customers who were sitting in the restaurant so kind and nicely after that she turned her face to us and rude to us again lol in my head I thought what wrong with her and tried to calm myself down.After that we talked to each other and we think she's a racist, especially to Thai. It could be seen from the clear situations I explained of double standards. Anyway I signed up for the same trekking trip again this year and this reminds me that I should give some feedback and a few people I know asked for recommendations from me and I can't recommend this place to my Thai friends as I don't want them feel uncomfortable same like us.16 Nov. 2022, exactly 1 year since the training day before walking up Doi Luang Chiang Dao. Tonight we are staying at Nest Chiangdao 1. Let me tell you, the place is very good. beautiful big tree Very natural, suitable for nature lovers. The wooden house we stayed in was clean and the bathroom was good. Worth the price The style of the house really matches the nature there. But then we were seriously unimpressed. It's called being not impressed at first sight. When we met Auntie Hian, one person guessed it was an employee or manager or owner there. I tried my best to spoil the atmosphere but the perfect nature there helped heal our hearts until we were able to overcome the anxiety haha.Until one of our friends couldn't stand it and had to set up a tent to sleep in front of the office. My friend said that Auntie doesn't have to be so arrogant towards us. We didn't come to ask for a free stay and all of our friends are people with temperament. They are all teachers who love nature. But then the incident of speaking and showing symptoms disrespectful That auntie's words came up over and over, including her words, body language, and eyes. Other employees there saw the incident and were equally uncomfortable. We conclude that Auntie speaks well and acts well not only with foreign customers but with Thai people. She is extremely discriminatory to the point where we are confused as to where we did something wrong even though we just walked in to check in. So we're not sure whether we should go again or not because this year we've reserved another trekking trip. Any Thai friends who have been there and haven't encountered anything like this, please share with us.

Amazing place! But a little cold

Someone I know has recommended it! So I intend to come and stay.It turned out that the car had broken down right at the accommodation.So I saw kindness and service that went beyond what I expected.From the team, both nest 1 and nest 2I want to thank you and say that I did not make a mistake in choosing to stay here.As for the resort atmosphere, it emphasizes simplicity and nature.If anyone expects luxury It may not be the answer.But if you want to rest I want to come spend time with myself.Immersing yourself in the simplicity of nature is recommended.Dinner at the property must be reserved in advance.There aren't many employees. Must understand and sympathizeIf you sit and admire the view and wait, the food will come.The taste was more delicious than expected!Shampoo and soap smell good.In conclusion, I recommend it for those who want to experience nature.

We came for food here and the settings were so beautiful and the service was excellent! Really nice lady

A great little hideaway. Clean, functional bungalows in a garden setting. The excellent Western food at the restaurant is a bonus. As is the super friendly and efficient key waitress. She's a real asset to the business. Although the food is first rate, it's actual delivery is slow. Be prepared for this and know that it's worth the wait.

The staff is very welcoming and super professional... they are very helpful and caring. The rooms are a little old, but we sleep very well there for good value for money.

Beautiful location, nice and quiet.We stayed in Nest 2 but came here for lunch and to enjoy the pool. Both great!
