This is a very clean excellent hotel. Stayed for 3 weeks. Clean secure and inexpensive.|Central patong, busy clean and safe. Stayed here 3 times now. Forget the pool. Its 5 mins from the beach. Staff are nice. If have any issues here - you are an over spoilt entitled idiot .Excellent.

Good sraff ,nice location,always recommend my people to book and stay thereEven im not staying there but i used to have buffet breakfast and drinks in their open bar many timesOnly one old guy with glasses (might be Manager or owner that I won't care) who changed my mind about the wild in this placeI won't recommend anyone for this hotel and use service there anymore.

Booked 14 nights in a Delux Pool Room, did not have Air-conditioning for the first 12 nights after asking reception on 3 occasions about this issue. Rooms need renovations desperately. Bathroom sink blocked, stains on Bed Sheets, Cat Poo at room entrance so not pleasant sitting at the supplied table/chair setting. Swimming pool like a swamp, Mould on Shower curtain, Total Kaos at reception, All this for 1900 bht P/N. Stayed at Neptuna on about 4 separate occasions and No more. (So much disappointment cannot list all)

Location was perfect. Pool was small but great for an afternoon swim. Hotel rooms are terrible! Mattress felt like sleeping on a plywood box. Low water pressure in the shower. Furniture is old, damaged, and outdated. How is this a 3 star hotel?

Best hotel according to its price and mainly its location. It located in thee center of the city everything is like 2-3 minutes of walk away. Highly recommend it if anyone is considering it. ✌🏻

Location is great, so close to Bangla road, 2 minutes by walking. I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, green areas, swimming pool, lobby, entrance, etc. The hotel is quiet unless unruly guests stay.. Rooms are big enough, I can say clean, not so bad.Only problem is that rooms do not have windows, sometimes some rooms have too high humidity level...

Average for a three star hotel, the ambience was fine, it wasnt noisy on being |near to some very noisy street,the pool looked good but we didn't have enough time to try it out, the room was fine to sleep after a hectic day of activities but some kind of smell was always there in the toilet.

BAD EXPERIENCE!! Room service bad, customer service bad, Rooms are bad. Would not recommend staying in this place at all!First they gave us a room and the AC was not working properly, in this hot weather we had to suffer. They said they would look into it when we come back to hotel room after roaming around, they did not! Then only hot water comes out from their shower. In the hot weather showering with hot water is torture. The girls that sit in the reception is extremely unprofessional. A girl started saying unprofessional things when a misunderstanding happened with a driver. Rude and disrespectful! They take 1000/- bht for safety deposit, didn’t even inform us why it was taken or if anything happened in the room that they will cut charge. Didn’t tell us anything, and when a stain was found they cut 500/- bht, i mean, sure cut, but inform us beforehand that how much will be cut in anything happens, so that we can be more careful! Also, we changed room for the bad AC, then in the new room the shower handle broke while showering.Very bad experience with the hotel, go to any other hotel than this one, after a tiring day staying in this hotel was a nightmare.

Only came here for late night indian food. Middle of Patong, good location, kitchen open till late, 12am was when I had dinner. Nice food for a decent price. Free wifi on site for patrons.

Good afternoon!! I never write reviews, but this is a different situation... The hotel is disgusting!! The room is spacious and that's the only plus. The hotel is located on the roadway, 5 minutes from Bangla.. For those who want relaxation or at least a good night's sleep, this is not an option.. The noise from the road and Bangla can be heard almost until the morning.. My room was on the road and above the hotel bar, I have It was always noisy!!! A room with dirty curtains and broken tiles in the shower.. The hotel guide said that no one would move the tiles for my sake... And apparently wash the curtains too.. Breakfast is the same all the time, there is nothing special to eat.. Meager... Eggs .. Sausages.. Watermelon.. Pineapple... Butter, bread, and jam.. That's it.. The pool is small, well, that's understandable.. In the center of Patong it couldn't be any other way... Summary: for those who want hang out in Bangla, smoke, then come and fall down is the best... For those who want to relax, it’s not suitable... It’s a decent walk to the sea.. They write 5-7 minutes, this is not true!!!! 15-20 no less.. And also.. Sooooo many people!!! Everywhere!!! It's impossible to pass!!! Single file after each other, trailing back and forth... With the legalization of illegal weed, there are a lot of strange people, smoking everywhere... I wasn’t very pleased to smell this smell... Otherwise, everything is fine, fruits, sea... Sun deadly... Buy protection 100!!! Have a nice holiday everyone!!
