Amazing place, on the outskirts of the city.Friendly owner of the cafe and hotel.A very beautiful and soulful cafe, be sure to visit it.Delicious, very beautiful views of the river. I didn’t live in the hotel, I just had breakfast in the cafe.

Staying at Thaton River View Resort was a pleasant experience. The riverside location offers a relaxing and picturesque atmosphere. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, although some furnishings could do with a bit of updating.The panoramic view of the river and mountains is breathtaking and creates an enchanting atmosphere. The pool was well maintained and a great place to relax after a day of hiking.Overall, Thaton River View Resort offers a nice escape from everyday life and I recommend it for a relaxing stay in Chiang Mai.

Delicious restaurant Excellent service by the 70+ year old owner who is still beautiful, strong and kind. Both former prime ministers served excellent food and service. When you go, don't forget. Stop by to eat.

Brilliant view of the mae nam Kok but no rooms available until December due to Covid. Restaurant is open but no, you cannot have a beer. 😱😱😱 Cannot blame management, they are the rules. Another time maybe.

Beautifully built “big” hotel/ restaurant by the river side. Owner and staff very nice and helpful. I was there during the Co-19 crisis and even got a certificate of good condition from the local authorities. So Nice

Delicious food, good view, but the place needs to be renovated. Because it's very old, the firecrackers and chairs are about to break. Manipulated all over the ceiling
