Incredible value for money! A bungalow for 500 beats at night. Clean and comfortable room, air conditioning and hot water + free wifi.The manager doesn't speak English but is adorable.The river passes right in front of the property, it’s peaceful!

Old but clean and comfortable, only about 5 or 6, (3 detached) bungalows, right on the river with access to the river, nice seating area, secure parking, polite friendly staff. Short walk to the street for shops and Restaurants. We loved our stay here and for only 500 baht / night. (February 24)Will definitely be staying again if we are in the area..

I stayed there last week and enjoyed my visit. The bungalow was a good size, the bed was comfotable and everything was clean.The staff are friendly and helpful. Motorbike parking is secure.24 hour coffee, toast and jam at their dining area.Easy walk to all local sites.Don't expect a "beach" though!

Very friendly staff and super helpful.Quiet area and right on the river.The rooms are very clean, large and cozy. For 500THB a night, just a good place to relax. I liked it very much!!!

Small cozy humble bungalows for 500 baht/night. They are clean and the bed is comfortable. (I would recommend to install a mosquito net 😊)WiFi works good! Pretty close to the pier for take the long boats to Chiang Rai and the bus station for the buses to Chiang Mai!The owner was really sweet and attentive.

Central, quiet, right on the river, normal standard. Small restaurant with great views of the river.500 THB. Great value for money.The only complaint is our small bungalow, which has no window panes. This means you are forced to keep the shutters closed at all times and sit in a dark room. But you can relax around the room.

Wonderful little family run place right on the kok river bank. It especially lovely to sit in the yard, have a cup of coffee from their bar and enjoy the peaceful kok running below you.

Such a great place this is. Super friendly staff who'll do anything to make you feel comfortable. They have a few bungalows with AC ( which we didn't need). Breakfast is delicious and we also had dinner there which was also very tasty. Not expensive at all! The view is fabulous and there are many chairs to sit and just watch over the Kok river.The only minus was the hard bed 😉
