Typing this review as I sipping on the welcome drink in the lovely decorated lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful, service is a bit slow in general. Breakfast was ok- it was buffet+ a la carte style. What I love the most is the lobby, beautifully decorated with lots of flowers and it’s peaceful in here. Pool is small and water is cold , yet it looks lovely. The room was fine , you got a smart tv with all streaming apps, only thing to improve is the towels , please get some new towels please as they seem old

From the moment you arrive at this charming boutique hotel, you feel transported into a tranquil oasis in the heart of the bustling city. The friendly staff will greet you with a welcome drink before seeing you to your room. There is free ice cream, bottled water, tea/coffee and cakes available at any time - I don't think I've ever spent so much time just sitting in the lobby of my hotel, but here it's just really a lovely place to be! The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, with both bath and shower in the generous bathroom. Safe, minibar and tea/coffee-making necessities are also provided in the rooms.The hotel is ideally located opposite Wat Pra Singh and just around the corner from the start of the Sunday Night Market. They have various tours or other activities on offer, arranged through the hotel; these change on a monthly basis, depending on what's going on in Chiang Mai.There is a small swimming pool for cooling off in after a long, hot day of sightseeing and, if you're in the mood for a massage, the excellent Chaba Prai spa is also around the corner on Intrawarorot Road, next door to the Heritage's sister hotel (99 The Gallery). Also in the vicinity is CHUM Northern Kitchen restaurant (see separate review) where you can get delicious Northern Thai food at reasonable prices.Hotel staff speak pretty good English and are more than happy to help you with requests, book you a Grab or help with getting transport to where you want to go if it's further afield. For breakfast, there is a buffet, and egg-and-crepe station and a choice of one a la carte dish per person each day, ranging from tradition Thai dishes like omelette with Thai sausage to French toast with fresh fruit. Highly recommended for a stay in Chiang Mai!

Our stay at 99 the Heritage was lovely! The decor was so unique and made it stand out from other basic hotels. They offered free water bottles, ice cream, and snacks daily in the lobby, which was such a treat. It was VERY centrally located, especially to the Sunday night market! Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and kind.

A historic hotel located next to the ancient city of Wat Phra Singh. As you can see, black and white are the main colors. It's like the home of a wealthy Thai person in the past. Overall, it's OK, but I want to point out a few shortcomings. First, there are mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioner blows air towards the bed, and it's hard to adjust the wind direction to make you feel comfortable. The towels are of poor quality, even worse than a budget hotel. I may not choose this place again. After all, there are many choices for its price.

Fantastic hotel, ambiance is really relaxing with a nice pool area, staff were all friendly and always helpful, location is super convenient (50 meter walk to the famous Sunday night markets, most of the key temples in the old city less than 10-mins walk away) and very well priced. Excellent stay!

Quaint boutique hotel with exceptional service. It was a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel. It might be advisable to sit outside for breakfast if you do not wish to smell like fried eggs or bacon

It was a wonderful 4 nights stay at this beautiful and quaint hotel. It is a small boutique style hotel with thoughtful touches. The service provided by IMM at front office was exceptional. The hotel was also located near the Sunday night market which makes visiting easy. Strongly recommend
