Accommodation chosen for a leisurely vacation.It is located at the south gate of the Old Town, so it is easy to access the Old Town, and at the top, Kalm Village, and at the bottom, the Ualai Saturday Market is easily accessible, and there is a branch of Ribs & Co, which is famous in Chiang Rai, a 6-minute walk away for a meal. If you walk about 10 minutes further down that road, you will find Kadmanee Market, which is popular with locals these days, and right next to it is the Moment's Notice Jazz Club, which is very popular. Good for a one-course dinner.There is a large swimming pool in the center of the property and a large number of rooms.Because it is a small hotel, there are plenty of beds.Easy access 24 hours a day and friendly staff with a smile. The breakfast restaurant is not large, but it is clean and well-run.The downside is that the first floor where I stayed is not affected by the swimming pool right in front and the layout of the buildings surrounding the swimming pool.As it is the rainy season, it feels very humid. And perhaps because it was a photogenic background, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the excessive photo time taken by some female guests who were serious about social media.

Room smells overwhelmingly of mold. We had to move rooms three times before we found one that was habitable. I asked the front desk lady if others have complained about the mold smell, and she said yes. Furthermore the staff prevented us from checking in 1 hour early despite the room being ready. Look elsewhere.

It's in the old town, so you can walk around, and the breakfast is great. Although it is small in size, the antique atmosphere is superb.

Located in the old town, it’s an easy walk to most places and has a parking lot opposite the hotel.Friendly staff and beautiful rooms, with a nice, but small pool.Room was well looked after and nothing in serious need of repair.My only thing that was a bit annoying was I was asked to move my car for a staff event that was occurring in a few days, in the morning by a couple of phone calls.Not helpful when it was the time I was sleeping and something they could have just mentioned when I came in to the reception instead of calling the room

Excellent welcome, smiling, caring and attentive staff.Magnificent hotel. Spacious and very clean room. We had a spa bath, a much appreciated little extra. The balcony is substantial. Be careful to ventilate the room well because there is a lot of humidity in the area.Large swimming pool with comfortable deckchairs. We were able to take advantage of it as soon as we arrived while waiting for our room.Full breakfast with fresh products. Special mention for the homemade pancakes.A person is present every day to provide information on various excursions.Overall we had a pleasant stay.

A very nice hotel within walking distance of the city center. Spacious Thai-style rooms. The staff was extremely accommodating. The pool is also nice and clean.Smaller renovations would be good, but compared to the rest of the country it would be a great city hotel with, in our opinion, an appropriate price-performance ratio.

Please warn me. How often does the person who will pick up and drop off this hotel go to pick up and drop off customers? I've always had scratches on the front of the car. In fact, because the road up to the hotel is very steep, the front of the car scraped and there was no improvement. 10 years ago it was like this. Now it's the same as before, no improvements to the entrance.

The hotel is very beautiful! It is typical and the swimming pool is sublime! The staff is extremely nice.The rooms are large and spacious, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub! We stayed 3 nights and we don't regret choosing this hotel! It is very well located, 10 minutes walk from the center!The only downside is the fitness room... the equipment is a little old, which is a shame.

The biggest advantage is that it is quiet. There are many European and American guests. The decoration is in traditional style. The space is very large. Each room has a balcony. The swimming pool is also very suitable for relaxing. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. Two bottles of water are provided per person every day, which suits me very well.The location is in the ancient city, about a 10-minute walk from Northeastern Roast Chicken and Chiang Mai Market. There is a self-service laundry and massage shop opposite, and there is a 7-11 next to it, which is very convenient.Disadvantages: It's a bit humid, the air conditioner is loud, because the decoration is complicated, there is dust in some corners, and the water from the jacuzzi has some impurities for some reason.Overall, it is suitable for people who want to spend time in the hotel and like quiet.

Located in south west of Old Chiang Mai, this hotel is amazing. We had a large room with spa bath tub and shower. A beautiful balcony.The staff is efficient and very polite.The hotel provides a nice breakfast buffet, open from 7 to 10 am, with a large choice of items and also eggs à la minute.They have also a parking just opposite to the hotel and it's 10 minutes far from the airport.I highly recommend it and hope i will be in this hotel again if I come back to Chiang Mai

This hotel was just great! We really enjoyed staying there for couple nights.
Hotel is located near to the city centre so you can walk and do not need taxi all the time. Also the rooms and pool looked fabulous. Breakfast was ok.
