Homely accommodationThere are cute cats and goldfish and koi.located in a very quiet locationIt would be nice if it was near the night market.It's about 15 minutes to Taihei Gate.It might be nice to be away from the hustle and bustle

Perfect stay at the heart of the city at a reasonable price. Located just at a stone throw distance from the Phra Sing temple, this hotel provides spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Stayed there for 3 nights and loved everything. Hospitality was great. Staff welcomes you every time with a smile. Breakfast served was also yummy. Loved having pork!

The hotel is very well located, right on the same street there are some restaurants. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Perfect cleaning. If I return to Chiang Mai I will definitely repeat. Excellent breakfast

Hotel in an excellent location in the centre. Very kind and super helpful staff, basic but spotless rooms equipped with every comfort (hot water, hairdryer, towels, air conditioning). We had a great time in fact we returned after a few days. They have an agreement with a massage center next to the hotel where we received an excellent massage. Excellent value for money including a plentiful breakfast with a choice of Asian or Western.

I stayed here for ten nights and every staff member was considerate and friendly. The hotel was spotless and in a good location yet quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was exquisite and very cost-effective. Although the water pressure is slightly low, it is still busy and the supplies are cleaned and replenished every day. It is a great value for money and is recommended.

Simple, small, clean hotel, quite central, a middle class colonial chinese style decorated deco, especially the breakfast room. A serous older receptionist greeted us.The ladies who work at the hotel are very friendly and like to help.Our small room was clean and quite but not decorated at all. It did not face the garden with the nice blooming trees, but an old building, close opposite the street .(It seems that are much better rooms) . The bed was large but the mattrace hard. The bathroom had a curtain but was funktional.The sink was in the room.Unfortunatly there is no safe in the room.Breakfast was fine, and ncludwd fruits but limited,it is not a buffet,you have to order before.One has to chose between sets and tell them the exact time.Coffee was ok.The hotel in general fits the older concervative generation, but you have to climb up lots of stairs.The rate was medium but still on the budget. In comparison for the price category we had much better choices in thailand but for the 2 nights it was ok.We are grateful, that the nice senior lady at the reception, helped us with reserving a cheap taxi for the busstation on the day of our leave.
