I was relocated to this hotel due to flooding at my previous one, and the experience was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service—polite, kind, efficient, and very accommodating. My room was immaculate, and even when I missed the usual cleaning hours, room service was prompt and attentive. The location is perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, dentists, and suit tailors all within easy walking distance. The restaurant and food here were also exceptional. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable

A great surprise and enjoymemt with this 5 stars hotel inside the flourish Old Town area in Chiang Mai. Room was great, sufficient amenities and great facilities. The checking in lobby was so well managed and friendly to people who are waiting for rooms, transportation or even got relax and having drinks, snacks there. What a thoughtful facility. 24 hours gym and 12 hours pool which made you want to stay in hotel when weather is super hot or not that stable. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. I did feel / be treated like a VIP, thanks to their super high standard of service. Wide choice of breakfast and great bar which were also big ticks of the whole experience. Will definitely be my first choice when visiting Old Town area next time. Big 👍👍

The front desk staff speaks English well. I don't think you need to request breakfast, the room is spacious and the pool is nice. However, if you are a light sleeper, be careful because you can hear chickens crowing from early in the morning.

If you can get a deal, it’s a great option. It’s a quieter area located in the south west corner of old town. If you’re up for it- it’s a 25 minute walk to the east gate and the night bazaar. Grounds are beautiful. The young hotel staff is very attentive/helpful. Partner and I stayed 3 nights and didn’t experience any noise (dogs) that others have mentioned and the staff even acknowledges in an in-room card. (They ask to contact them if you have noise issues). Close to airport for pick up/drop off.

I absolutely loved Chiang Mai Old Town Hotel! My friend and I were traveling around Thailand and stayed here for our one night in downtown Chiang Mai. The hotel was super accommodating for a change I requested and very responsive. I also had to work while I was there through the night and they were helpful in getting me access to the office space they provide which was very comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and out, comfortable rooms, and perfect location to walk all around. We only had one full day in the city so it was important that we were walkable to a lot of different activities, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and it could not have been better! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and they were just the kindest people. We felt very safe as 2 women traveling alone in a country we were not familiar with. I highly recommend staying here to anyone that wants the full Chiang Mai experience.
