As for the service of the staff, whether at the counter or the house keeping staff, they are always smiling and cheerful. And at this price, there is also breakfast of shredded chicken porridge and hot drinks to eat in the morning from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. The location is in the heart of the city, convenient to travel and there is ample parking space. There is enough for the guests. I think this price is worth it, but the disadvantage is that it is an apartment that the owner has converted into a hotel. It may not look very modern, but in terms of safety and cleanliness, it is reliable. okay

Save the towel too haha. Please change this size for the customer.There is no elevator to carry your luggage up to the 3rd floor.Good location, convenient transportation, good service, ok room, not bad, reasonable price.

Giving all 5 stars because I personally stay at every hotel regularly but have rarely encountered lovely staff with good service like this. I would like to praise the female counter staff, including the housekeeper, who all speak well, speak well, and raise their hands to pay respects to customers. It is considered the best service. And the place has many conveniences: convenient travel, inexpensive price, ok room, clean, has breakfast....everything is very good, like it very much, come stay every month...👍 👍👍

Stayed on August 16th, old staff late at night, poor service, speaking without a voice like they don't want to serve. Please help with training. But I can understand that if you are old it will be difficult to teach. It is recommended to bring in a new generation to do the job instead. They will teach and understand service work better.

Went to stay during last Mother's Day, got a room on the 4th floor, no elevator, price not high, 450 baht, there was porridge in the morning, tea and coffee, overall considered good. The room is spacious, the water flows strong, there is Wi-Fi, a TV, and a large refrigerator, 6.4 cu., but where does the gecko sound come from? There was the sound of a rooster crowing from about 3 a.m. Overall considered good There are restaurants within walking distance.

Shocked that the room was very wide. Adding an extra bed is not uncomfortable.Reserved for 450฿ to travel with friends to the Krachiao flower field.There is parking, very worth the price.

Walk in 450 per room, reserve via App 500 per roomTicket for a large room 4 * 5 meters, balcony, separate bathroom, good water flow, cool air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. In the heart of the city Near the night walking street, near the morning market, good location, lots of parking, very good service staff, compared to this price. It is considered very cheap. In the morning there is porridge and coffee provided.Definitely have a chance to stay again.

No elevator. 3rd floor walk up for double bed unitsWe got room where the aircon condenser shut off ever 5 mins. We looked at it and noticed it was covered in a layer of thick dust. It had not been cleaned in ages.We moved to another room which had a clean air conditioner. But the room was not very clean...lots of dust, etc. The bedding was very thin and had stains and even some cigarette holes.Bathroom had flying ants that were attracted to the light entering through the screened window. There was a huge amount of dead ones all around the shower water heater. See photoBathroom drain also had a tile over it to cover the odor (which needed removing in order to shower. Another tile was cut to cover the toilet bowl as the original was missing.Toilet seat was so old that it was peeling and stained badly. See photoBreakfast was rice and water...a terrible tasteless version of Thai jok/porridge.Some covered and open parking. Maybe enough for 15 cars.Seriously need of a renovation!

Good staff service The location is good in the city, the parking is spacious, but the room looks a bit old and Shampoo and soap that aren't premium at all😅(sachet type) The important thing is that the air conditioner in my room isn't cool at all. The air conditioner is very hot. There are no mysterious things, so I can feel comfortable. But the only thing I'm impressed about is the air conditioner. I couldn't sleep at all because the air conditioner was really hot.
