The room was located on the 2nd floor, with only one window overlooking the stairs and therefore a place of passage. Impossible to have daylight, all the other windows blocked by plates or something like that. There are 5 of us, I made a reservation for 5 and found myself with 4 beds planned. We had to ask for an extra bath towel. The cleaning on arrival was not exceptional, and it was never done during our stay (4 nights). We received 4 small bottles of water on arrival then none. There was never anyone at reception, which incidentally was also not clean (empty bottles and cans on the floor which I ended up picking up and throwing away myself after the 3rd day).It wasn't very expensive, quite well located. It stops there.

The hotel is particularly characterized by the extremely friendly and helpful staffOwner out. You get a lot of tips about Chiang Mai, outside of the usual tourist activities. The rooms are small, but very clean and contain everything you need. Absolutely appropriate for the price.

The hotel's location is near the temple, near the night market, very convenient for sightseeing on foot. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic, friendly, the room is clean. The rental price is very reasonable and affordable. The hotel owner has his own car. If you need to book a car to the airport, you can ask the owner, he charges a very cheap fee. Thank you for a very safe and fun stay in Chiang Mai.

Needs an update. Rooms are dated and not the cleanest (cobwebs and black mold in the corners of the shower room). The street it's on is quiet but the room insulation isn't the best so if people are talking outside you can hear them fully. When you ask for the room to be refreshed, you get new water bottles and toilet roll but your bed won't get made nor your towels refreshed, which I found weird as every other hotel/guesthouse I've stayed in will make your bed at the minimum. Woman who runs it/is on the front desk speaks no English so I couldn't get any information about Chiang Mai from her. Even though the option of breakfast was mentioned when booking, when I got there I was told there was no breakfast at all (plenty of nice cafes around the area though). Location is good though.

It's a small hotel. Muen Toom Temple which can be walked through From Naraphinai Road There is a convenience store just 1 minute walk. Very quiet. Wake up in the morning and go give alms to monks. Go to Wat Chedi Luang, go to Pratu Market, Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes. Nong Ton, the owner, provides excellent service. It's like staying at a relative's house. Thanks for such a nice welcome warmth..definitely going to stay again 14-19 October 2023.
