The room is ok but...Not okay with the communication of the caretakerI have 2 small dogs with me.Stayed for 3 days, before checking in I asked and agreed to charge additional money about the dog. that you can stayDay 2, I came from work.Around 6:00 p.m., I went to inform about the bathroom lights not being on and the water flowing very slowly.He informed me that the pump was broken.He said the technician wasn't there.21.30 The person who came to change the light bulb said.. Actually, dogs are not allowed to stay. I said that I had agreed with the money collector. So how is it???He said, "That's it."So my girlfriend went to review it.Fire and water mattersDay 3 before returningservice charge collectorWalked up to me and said, "Why do you go review??? It's damaging. The dog took pains to let me stay, so why would you leave a review like that?"I'm asking, is what I said true? As for the dog, I didn't ask to stay for free, I asked for an additional room fee, so I paid as agreed from the beginning. Then why did you walk up and talk like this? It's a room that doesn't have Many conveniences It's just that you can sleep at night but it's quite hot during the day. Especially the newly created part It is a room with a metal sheet wall. The inside cover is a smooth tile. Received quite a lot of heat. The air conditioner must be turned on.Cleanliness and orderliness are adequate. But the men who serve at night are not very smiling and friendly.

Came to stay at Pennapa Resort, 600 baht per night. The house was cracked inside around the room. The water flowed so gently it was almost suffocating. The toilet requires high pressure to flush. It's very difficult to flush. The air conditioner is on all day. Found the owner complaining and was even more confused.The light bulb broke. I went to tell him in the evening after returning from outside. The owner told me why he just came to tell me. In summary, the service is not good, not friendly, very bad.

The rooms are clean, complete with amenities, good service, the owner is very kind, good atmosphere, nature, there are rooms in many styles. You can choose to stay as you wish. Most importantly, the price is not expensive at all. There's food and cafe too.
