I slept well there, peacefully. The room was clean, with the minimum necessary comfort and there was hot water.

Don't expect free coffee, despite asking several times, no coffee sachets appeared. Beds are really rock hard, owner takes the remote for the aircon, so no way of adjusting, the only way of switching it off was to pull the key out of the power slot! Good location, but I wouldn't return.

Had the feeling of a short time hotel or a trucker stop over. Dirty sheets. Dirty Room. Terrible bathroom. Owner was indifferent to the problems. I would have moved on if I wasnt nearly out of fuel and it wasnt a dark and terrible road.

Don’t be surprised to see the sign “Malinna guesthouse”, this is the same place with a new name. It’s a lovely and peaceful guesthouse, close to the Mekong River. It feels homey, the hosts are very nice, everything is super clean, room and bathroom are in very good shape and clean, it has air conditioning et very good wifi. Oh yeah! Free coffee too! Price was good too (120k). We would have put 5 stars if we didn’t find the bed a bit hard for our western backs! We slept well anyway.
