I had a very unfortunate experience here. I stayed 1night here for 300B(it should be given stars because it was cheap and still the room was clean and the environment was good)However, our hearts were broken the next day. We were told that we had to move room because the room we stayed in was full and we had to pay 350B.at this time, We were in a situation where we couldn't withdraw cash from the ATM due to credit card problems. (All we had was just 300B.)This happens when traveling, but the staff here didn't give me time to explain the situation.. Even when I tried to talk to him, he bowed his head and refused to listen. I was disappointed in his attitude.on the contrary He tried to touch our wallets, and made a move to take the money from me. (Thai people always put their hands on the money when they receive it. I respect their honest attitude.) He kept laughing and saying "easy, easy" in a rude manner to us. It was really a condescending attitude. It was never "easy" for us and we were really in trouble about money, so we almost cried at the behavior.We decided to leave there and thanked them as adults, but I think that such behavior towards people is really rude and disrespectful in the first place and should be corrected. We later managed to resolve the issue and found a lovely place to stay. Please, as someone who receives money, please don't have such a sad attitude towards other people. What is "easy" for you may not be the same for others.

Very welcoming and genuinely nice hosts. Twin room with balcony is very spacious and has nice modern touches - Aircon, hairdryer, towels, comfy beds and shared bathroom is kept very clean. Great place to stay

If you are looking for a hostel to stay in Chiang Mai, don’t look further. This is the best hostel we have ever been in! The staff is amazing and so are the tours! Daniel is an amazing person who helps you with everything you need to know about tours or Chiang Mai. Cindy is also amazing and super kind. 5 stars for sure! Again best hostel we have ever been in with the nicest staff, also for an amazing price can’t get any better then First house and tour Chiang Mai 😁

Super nice place.I got the double bed room. And it’s amazingly good, with a balcony with view to the mountains, huge bed, good air con and fan and a lot of space to put your stuff.Only downside is that the bathroom is outside the room and you share it, but it’s only with one other room and it was always super clean.In the other hand the stuff is super helpful and nice. You get the best vibe from then.Also you have free tea and coffee and snacks.

The staff were really kind.I fell ill and had to stay for two nights, but I can't thank you enough for taking care of me during that time, including doing laundry, arranging taxis, and introducing me to porridge restaurants.Of course, the toilets and showers are clean. Shampoo and body soap are also available.If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
