The rooms are clean and usable even though the condition looks a bit old with time. The loud air conditioner is probably the air conditioner fan that needs maintenance on the fan motor bearings. The entrance is a narrow alley and you'll encounter a car parked next to you. Price 450 baht (Sat. 16 Sep. 2023)

Cheap, reasonably clean, fairly spacious room. But the water heater is broken. The room is not very new. It's in a deep alley, except for business in that area.

Good room. The bathroom door is difficult to close, but there is a trick: turning off the ventilation fan can be closed. The air conditioner is very cold when sleeping in room 119. But the air conditioner is loud. Good bathroom, big cooler. You can watch TV and have wifi. 350฿ come to work and like it

The room is sufficient. Used to stay the first time for 450 baht. The second time the price increased to 500 😅 The price increased. If it were improved too, it would be good. The bedroom room has a very loud air conditioner. I couldn't sleep well. The wooden chair had 2-3 nail heads sticking out. When I sat on it I couldn't see my pants were torn. Please improve as well. There is only one power socket available for use. If it would be better, add more power sockets for guests.
