From having stayed in other hotels in Chiang Mai, I can say that AZZ is my number 1 hotel.How many times have you been to Chiang Mai? It has to be here only. The price is not expensive. What is important is that the service is very good. The atmosphere is not chaotic. My team all like this place. Good air conditioning, strong water, comfortable sleep. Must be AZZ (has parking, strong wifi, tea and coffee in the morning).

Stayed in 2 bedrooms for 3 people because there were 2 families. The rooms are new. Personally, I think they are beautiful. The decoration of the rooms looks modern. The staff speaks well. The owner is very friendly.There is secretly no water flowing. But the staff fixed it without waiting long. Wi-Fi is not as stable as it should be. But overall, I like it.

+ Cozy hotel. We have a corner room with a balcony, 205.+ The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works great and is not noisy.- There is only 1 chair in the room, if you work twice, it’s not comfortable. The working surface is suitable for two laptops.- No kettle - it's not convenient.- Lots of Wi-Fi networks, but you can say no. None of them work. It can be a little slow in the reception area, but in the rooms we use our mobile phones. This is a huge minus because of which we are looking for another place.

Awesome place. They gave me a room at a moments notice late at night when another hotel cancelled my booking last minute. Rooms are finished to a modern high standard. AC is powerful and quiet.

The staff was AMAZING. Rooms are clean. The neighborhood is very local , not touristic. You have access to a grocery store and 7-11 in 3 minutes walking. Very safe to walk at night for women.They have laundry service and allowed us to store luggage until we headed to the airport.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.Although it is evident that it is new and they are missing some details, we had a great rest here.The area is not very pretty, but my partner and I walked to the center without any problem.I recommend.

Very modern and chic hotel, the rooms were tidy and clean. We were there for 4 days and would have stayed there longer. Downstairs in the lobby you could also sit very well and work on your laptop. 🧑💻Its a bit far away from innercity but still possible to Walk.

For us the last thing in terms of service etc. no real room available anymore just musty in the background. It wasn't possible to pay with a card at all, there was no good communication, we were disappointed. We went further and found a nice, friendly hotel Sang Singh Hotel

Great place for a one night stay to or from the airport. They do have a shuttle. The woman who checked us in insisted on bringing our largest bag up the stairs! The rooms are clean/ spacious, cold a/c, mini-fridge. A couple more nightstands at the bed would be nice though. This is our second stay.

i love the place , its cozy , new and modern..very helpful staff and the owner is always there to assist the customers.The place is accessible to shops like 7 11 and tesco..there are many food shops around...i would stay in this hotel again if i go back to Chiangmai because its almost in the city centre.

It's great to stay in a good hotel. And that's all about this nice place. It's warm and heartening in every way. Feel great being cradled here after being cheated and badly treated at a fake 4.3 starred hotel nearby: The costly one with a dirty pool with no parking lot.
