The hotel itself is cute 🙂 Before I came, there were a lot of reviews saying it was noisy, but it was so quiet that I didn’t notice at all. Maybe I was lucky? There are plenty of simple kettles and water on the first floor, and the room is very spacious and clean. The location is also great and I highly recommend it.

The room is very large and the bathroom is not small. Unfortunately, the hot water is not very hot, just lukewarm! The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the location was perfect! Snacks, drinks, and coffee are provided in the lobby!The counter staff was a bit indifferent! I will definitely come back and stay again next time I come to Chiang Mai~~

The room is ok, the food is not delicious. The food ordered has a high price, small quantity, so-so taste. There are ants in the room. Booked with breakfast but only got to eat it for one day. Another day, the tables were full and crowded. I asked the staff and got the answer that they couldn't answer. In the end, I wasted money to sleep and had to order food to eat myself.-Poor service!! Clear discrimination between Thai people and foreigners Even though you paid to use the same service. Even though we are Thai people, this one is very confusing. Thai people are the same, but they are ignored. But the price is higher for foreigners.

Great location, it’s just right in the center area of Nimman.Theme of hotel is cute, snack available at the lobby, sky bar available but price at the high side.Design of bathtub area is weird, it make surrounding area were wet regardless which direction of you stand. Light is too dim and not really suitable for old folks or kid.No toothbrush available.

We were supposed to be in Chaing Mai for a short week before we had to move on to my wife's parents, we chose to book the first few days at the "Moose Hotel Nimman" And good thing we only booked the first few days.When we arrived at the hotel and got our room, we talked about how it was a nice hotel and whether we should see if we could extend the reservation for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. The next morning it was time to take care of some work at home from the computer, the room was nicely furnished with a combined entrance which could also be used as an office. But when I put mine on the chair it collapses under me and I hit my left leg quite a bit, (so much so that I can't walk normally) at first we think that this is what can happen and it's not the hotels fault, so when we get down to the reception, we will be nice and tell the staff that the chair is broken so they can put in a new chair. BUT instead of being met with a demand to replace the chair with Bath 2500,- We were almost in shock, after a long time talking and the disco back and forth, they offered that we could split the payment 50/50 ??? Still in shock. We demanded to speak to the manager, who gave the same message, but with the addition that they would like to drive us to the hospital so that the injuries can be checked. ??? Even more in shock.The owner of the hotel is not present at this time and we leave the matter until we have to check out the next day.The next day we leave the hotel early and when we hand over the key card they still demand payment for the chair. It all ends with us paying Bath 1250, - i.e. 50/50 and then the staff is happy. ???If minus 10 stars were possible on the service, then it should be used here.

This hotel was all good until their one & only lift broke down for 2 days! All the guests MUST climb up and down the stairs! That includes many families with babies, senior folks above 60 years old! The worst was breakfast room is on the highest level on 7th floor! The poor folks either lug themselves up the stairs panting all the way or skip!The worst is hotel simply issue an apology notice by side of lift and nothing else! No further info/update as to when lift is restored! Guests are not able to make informed decision to move to another hotel or not. Neither the hotel make any effort to restore service failure in any way except verbal apology by front office staff whenever they are questioned on the lift availability.Guests are left to struggle on their own!

Tis was our 2nd time staying here at Moose tot was good in service but tis time round we stayed for 6 nites. We check in on 08/09 & on d 3rd days notice saying tat lift was Out Of Order. Worst breakfast was on the 7th floor n we have to walk up n down 5 floor with old ladies of 70+ years old. 1st no additional service was provided like sending breakfast to the room or meals. 1st receptionist say it be ready by 12 noon n we went out n came back at 2 pm. We ask is d lift in operation. Receptionist replied it be ready by 4 pm. What type of recovery the hotel had n service provide. I would not come back to this hotel to stay ever again. Service suck!!!!!!!

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. And I must say... all is perfect!The place is well kept, though some review here mention that it is dirty or smelly but it is none of the above during my stay there. Maybe I am lucky?The rooms is big even with a standard room. The location is just nice within walking distance to Maya and One nimman.Proper place for parking.they will asked to check the room ( to make sure everything is in order ) during your check out which is totally fine with me as it might be a company policy.Would I stay there again? 100%! :)

I just personally don't like it, mostly Chinese people.What's even more surprising is that there is no hot water due to the cleaning condition.It feels like a local motel. I almost got into a fight with my wife.

Accommodation just worth the price.The smell that lingers throughout the hotel is not good.The room smelled more stuffy and the breakfast buffet was located on the floor above where I stayed, but it smelled like Chinese food.I'm not sure if I'll stay there again...

The 4-person room is not too big and does not have a bathtub or swimming pool. There are free snacks and drinks in the lobby in the afternoon. The advantage is that it is in the alley opposite Niman No. 1. There are many massage shops and restaurants nearby and Maya is very close.

I booked the wrong hotel at the Highway branch. At first I planned to stay at Nimman but didn't know there were 2 branches so I booked at another branch.When I came in the morning to ask for my luggage, the staff was extremely enthusiastic, cute, and very supportive. If you want to rent a car, we will contact you, have a price list, and be ready to assist, or if you want to leave your luggage there, you can still leave it there.I was very disappointed when I went to the Highway branch because the staff had an unpleasant and inhospitable attitude.If I have a chance to visit Chiangmai again, I will book a hotel in Nimman
