I wasn't a picky person for someone who stay in homestay and guesthouses, but this is a hotel and the cleanliness of the toilet is unacceptable. The toilet bowl...gosh... The stain.🤮I wanted to puke when taking photo and I have a feeling I will have constipation for the next 2 nights.Other than that, the rest are just ok. Reception staff who check us in has no expression, whereas the other lady staff who brought us to our room was really friendly, so the 2 stars are for her.

My nature view room was a view of looking over a corridor into another room. No windows. There was no bugs screens on the bathroom grates so when I checked in, there was already heaps of mosquitoes in my room. When I asked them to make up my room, the sheets were never changed, and I was there for two weeks! The bathroom floors were slimy and gross.The toilet looked like it was never actually scrubbed out in the inside (poo stains under with the waterline) 🤢I feel like they need a Westerner to come in and manage this place as I feel like a lot of stuff gets left behind.I had to use my translator app on my phone, quite a bit because the reception staff weren’t fluent in EnglishI personally wouldn’t stay here again.

nice hotel, staff are friendly & the hotel has pretty much everything you need. there is building work opposite than can be noisy throughout the day but we found that quite common for canggu. very reasonable price for the area.

Great value for money! The only con I would say would be the pathway leading to the hotel. Very rocky and no lights but not that much of a big deal for us since we were a group.Super accessible to multiple establishments! Very close to both clubs Atlas and Finns.

Tirtha. Thank you very much for my 2 month stay in your hotel, one of the most memorable experiences of my time in Bali. I have been to Bali a few times and I have not stayed in a place quite like this, where the staff are so amazing. The hotel itself is also very good, the rooms are big, bathrooms are big, rooms cleaned everyday, clean sheets, clean room. They also exterminate mosquitoes on a weekly basis. I am not really sure too much why there are so many negative reviews on this place? I stayed here for two months in multiple different rooms and never had any issues. For the price you pay for this hotel i highly doubt you will find a better experience, that’s why I don’t understand these negative reviews, the hotel isn’t a five star hotel, and the staff work exceptionally hard to make your stay feel like one.The location is perfect, located next near some of the best restaurants, markets, beaches are all 5 minutes away, seminyak is close, all the good nightlife is on your doorstep.Again another big thank you to the staff at Tirhta, nothing was ever too much for them and they always doing everything with a smile on their face. I have never come across such an amazing group of people, who work incredibly hard. True reflection of how the balinese are.Thank you for looking after me after my accident, I miss all you wonderful people and I can’t wait to come back later this year to spend some more time with you guys and drink some more boba together.Look forward to it and see you soon.Terimakasih banyak 🙏🏾

The hotel is very well located and the staff are welcoming and helpful but the room walls are super thin. We hear all the outside noise, from construction, from the neighbor's TV to the sound of footsteps in the corridors... there is also a constant muffled noise in the background (like a compressor running), it's a shame because the negative points are overwhelming. the positive points.

Business trip and chose to stay here, the room was quite big, the room floor was a bit sticky and the shower water flow was small.Overall quite okay because of the strategic location.Suggestion to adjust the location point on maps because ojol drivers like to get lost in the next alley

I can’t describe how incredibly hospitable the staff are here. We initially booked for 2 days and then decided to extend our stay long term because of how much we loved this place. Great location, close to essential shops and the beach. The hotel is generally quiet, the rooms are clean, the service is impeccable. What a great stay and will definitely be back here again. Thank you all so much.On a side note - yes there is construction work ongoing and I’ve seen people complain about the noise but that’s not the hotel’s fault!

I give my experience on this disastrous hotel, nothing is going well in this hotel.Starting with our arrival where we booked on agoda but the payment was not issued by the hotel and required us to pay in cash upon arrival.the staff is very rudeonce arrived in the room the smell of the air conditioning was terrible, a nauseating smell of mushrooms which prevented us from sleeping.the room is very dirty and the shower is in the toilet.We booked breakfast in addition where it offers 8 different choices of dishes on the menu but not all the sweet ones were available.I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless you are in one of the most seedy places in BaliGo on your way and get a better hotel if you can.

When I arrived, the first floor was on a renovation, almost of the rooms had been renovated. It was very dusty.I got my room key, and no one offered to accompany me to my room, just informed me that my room was on the second floor, and when I went up, the hallway was full with wooden chair and desk, makes the hallway kinda jam-packed.I entered the room, the air was so dusty, and they put a floor mat on the towel hanger 🥲 so my suggestion, don’t hang your towel there.Opened the curtain, the window was facing directly to another room, which I’m not gonna open the curtain for the rest of my stay.When I enjoyed the pool, the staff was cleaning up the room, dusty again. So didn’t stay long in the pool.I just stayed for a night, the next morning when I was just checking out, one the staff gave me my t-shirt that I accidentally left in my room, 5 stars for that.Location was great, but other aspects was just so-so.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This place is wonderful. My father loves it. The staff is nice and the rooms are clean. It’s in a wonderful area. You can walk to everything.

What, you guys! I have been staying all around Bali and this price is low for what it offers. Clean! And beautiful room, no funny smells from the toilet, clean pool, nice staff, good position, lots of nice places to eat all arround. Yeah it’s Bali, so it’s either going to be construction site or VERY loud 🐓 Roosters where you stay. And they don’t begin working too early so it’s fine. I am not a morning person and I was. Fine. I got super scared when I read the comments and couldn’t cancel but I was so happy I didn’t

It's not even worth one star. There is no refrigerator in the room, and there is only a sunflower shower, so you can't use the shower filter, and even the sunflower looks very dirty. As soon as I entered, I felt like I couldn't use the bathroom at all due to the smell of mold and the dark room, mold on the toilet cover and inside the toilet, so I asked for a refund, but they said no... I changed the room, but there was mold on the blanket and mold on the ceiling... There was a strange smell coming from the bathroom. I immediately lost all my money and ran out as soon as the next morning to move to another accommodation. It seems like a waste of money to stay here even though it's cheap. No soundproofing at all. I could hear the people next door and woke up at 8 a.m. to the sound of the yard being used.

Horrible experience!People making noise at 1:30 in the night at the pool next to the window and the hotel staff didn't do anything about, they said to close my window because people are allowed to make noise at 01:30 in the night!🤯🤯🤯 also Lots of aggressive mosquitos! And beb lines are not of good cotton

Stayed here for two nights and had quite a disappointing experience. The promised “nature view” is completely blocked off by construction which is operation all day in a noisy manner. No discount was given considering these circumstances. The rooms are okay, bathrooms were quite old and smelly and didn’t feel luxurious. Toiletries and water was not restocked each day. One evening we had other guests sitting in front of our room (Glassdoor only) laughing and screaming until 3am even though common areas were completely empty.. unfortunately staff did not interfere. It’s alright for the price but wouldn’t come back
