Decent place with walking distance to the centre of Ubud. The host was super nice, breakfast available at 7am with a menu to select (I chose banana pancake).Room has no air conditioning but wasn’t really a problem for me because in the night it was quite cold. Yes the room was humid, but as long as you turn the fan on it gets better. The host provided coffee, tea, hot water, and 2 mugs every morning, served in your patio.Wifi was great as well.In the evening it gets chill and quiet, despite being in the center of Ubud but it was calm and not noisy. No traffic in front of the room except from the residents.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. I woke up around 6:30 a.m. and planned to pick up coffee from the street, but to my surprise, I found a tumbler outside the patio filled with hot water along with two mugs, jars of coffee, tea, and condiments. It was such a thoughtful touch! The bedding and towels were impeccably clean and as white as they could be. The location is super convenient for shopping, and despite being in a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet with no scooter noises, although the boiler noise was a bit constant.Breakfast was delightful with a good number of options. I had the coconut pancake, which was excellent. It was stuffed with real shaved coconut, perfectly blending a salty and slightly sweet natural taste. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was pretty decent. The bathroom door in Room 4 was busted, but it wasn't an issue for me as a solo traveler. The lady running the place was very kind.Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this guesthouse!

You can get much better than this for the same price here in Ubud. Rooms are super humid and therefore also smell awful. There’s no airconditioning, which made it even worse. I had the feeling I couldn’t even breathe properly when inside, which can’t be healthy. The entire bathroom is full with black mold because of the humidity. The rest of the room has also not been cleaned in a while, judging by the amount of dust and filth everywhere. The bed almost falls apart when you move, and the sheets have a lot of holes and numerous stains. The windows don’t close properly, which means everyone from the outside can look into your room. The door has the same problem and doesn’t close at all. I had someone banging on my door at 10 pm and didn’t feel safe anymore after that. Had no sleep the 1 night I stayed here and was basically forced to leave (planned to stay here for 4 nights). After explaining this to the host, I still had to pay for the 4 nights, so that was a very expensive 1 night stay at an awful accommodation. The location is good and the hosts are probably nice (not that they’re at the location often apart from when I told her the problems and had to pay, not sure if their English is that bad and they didn’t understand or they just didn’t care), but it’s not worth it for me.

I chose this place mainly because of the cheap rate and easy access to the streets. Breakfast was really good with fresh cut fruits. And the whole atmosphere is really peaceful. The doors and the sitout has a vintage look and I really loved it. The cleanliness could be a bit more but really cant complain at the rate i paid for. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. I arrived a little late so she already prepped everything for me so that I cant get in as soon as I reached which I badly needed after the exhausting ride in the sun. You can easily get food delivered by GRAB as well. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops and massage parlours nearby just within walking distance. Its located in a perfect spot and if you have a scooter, you have nothing to worry about.

Stayed in Feb 24. Cheap room with no working air-con, just wall fan. No staff at check-in but reachable via WhatsApp and room was ready with key in door on arrival. Friendly staff in the morning for breakfast, which was delicious.
