The hotel is terrible... dirty... dirty... it's cheap... but don't be cheap... at least everything is clean... the floor... the bed sheets... the bathroom... it's all dirty... it smells musty also

The toilet is dirty and doesn't function properly, the water doesn't flow in the hand washing place. The TV doesn't work, rubbish is piled up in front of the motorbike parking lot and it smells very bad.

Bad fan can't play. There is no table inside for placing food. TV and Fan plugs are cm 1. So when the fan is turned on the TV can't work. The lights are too dim so there are lots of mosquitoes. But there aren't any clothes in the bathroom. ugly wardrobe. The mattress creaked and was afraid it would collapse

Already booked + paid via the Ag*da application when we arrived at the hotel the room was said to be full because there were guests who came suddenly and we were shifted to Warta Sari 2 (we still understand) but after checking at Warta Sari 2 the room was full too, really really annoying, really bad service, why could it be like that, finally with annoyance and disappointment we asked for our money back, it was really the WORST EXPERIENCE after having been to BALI so many times...BAD SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT👎

One of the receptionists likes body shamingThe receptionist is too noisy.I stayed here for 4 days, only the receptionist's attitude was not good.At night, I like to blame loud music that disturbs the peace of the upstairs room.But the hotel is quite cheap and the facilities are good.
