Resort time kkl3 pw ugm 2020, may last year. The rooms are nice, like vintage ones, the waiters are also friendly and ready to help carry things, the food is also really delicious. The bonus is that the beach is really beautiful in front of the room🥹I regret not going out often to see the sunset and sunrise at that time.

The hotel is quite basic. The rooms are more basic appartments with a kitchen, no nice style. Definetly no 4 stars.|The restaurant is also just ok'ish. ||Do not ho for a dolfin tour in Lovina!! |Is it more a hunt with too many boats on the water, not a good experience.

I checked in at 7pm. When I arrived at the lobby the atmosphere was a bit scary with yellow lights, when I arrived at the room I saw that the other lights around it were off, only the three of us were there, the condition of the room was damp and lots of rat droppings, the hotel atmosphere was a bit scary and poorly maintained.

I booked via Agoda online booking for December 31. When I went to the receptionist, I was informed that my booking was not available, even though I showed proof of the Agoda order which had been confirmed and I had paid. The receptionist, without seeing proof of my payment, said that I was no longer cooperating. with Agoda, the receptionist informed me that now the hotel is full, but if I want to cancel on Agoda (non-refundable), I can still be given a room at double the normal price, but with the caveat that I have to cancel the booking on Agoda. This is the first time I have had the experience of being rejected. by the hotel from my online booking.

The first time I entered this hotel, the parking area was large, lots of cars could be parked. This hotel is very spacious, I ordered a superior room and a deluxe sea room. For the superior room, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the amenities are complete. For the deluxe room, the bed is big, enough for 3 people, the view is also good (sea), in front of the room there is a terrace and two chairs and a table, in front of the terrace there is also a large gazebo with a sponge for sitting and relaxing. In front of the gazebo, a small fence is also provided so you can play on the beach. The beach has lots of hermit crabs, so you can play around. You can also go canoeing in the afternoon, it's fun, yesterday I went canoeing for 50k. You can also order a boat to see dolphins and snorkel. This hotel has a swimming pool, clean and well maintained. There are many drawbacks to this hotel, at night it seems like the hotel lighting needs to be improved. Because it was so scary, walking from the parking lot to the room was really scary😭. The room is an old model, the lights need to be replaced to make it bright. Then the TV and telephone didn't work, some rooms had strong water and some didn't. Breakfast is ala carte, the fried rice is not salty enough, the fried noodles are just right, delicious. The location of this hotel is very strategic with delicious food stalls and famous tourist attractions in North Bali. For example, there are delicious stalls in Mina Segara and Tanjung Alam, champions in fish dishes. There is also Krisna Oleh2 Funtatis Island, with Banjar hot springs. OK guys, thanks😍💝

The place is by the beach and there is a wonderful view of the sunset, but the …1. At night there is extreme noise from a very busy street so you fall asleep to the sound of noisy motorbikes. In addition, there is a mosque next door. So you are woken up at 5am by extremely loud prayers and chants.2. The accommodation is very outdated, in places there are only cables hanging from the wall instead of sockets.3. The bathroom is covered with a layer of dust. When you turn on the fan, pieces of dirt fall to the ground.4. The Internet is a total disaster. If you need to be online and you don't have a mobile tariff, I recommend not going here.The price is very high by these standards.We will choose another place next time.

The place is good and beach access.There just need to be a lot of things that need to be fixed1. Rooms: preferably standard - deluxe room types that need renovation and refreshing. For the ocean view room, it needs to be renovated and sold if the room is really ready for me. The location is very strategic.2. Staff: need to be trained for hospitality. Especially for training students, so that they are more aware of how to serve the guests and provide excellent service in hospitality. The restaurant staff upon breakfast was amazing. Just keep serving the food, preferably from the right side...not the other way around

I can’t think that anyone returns to this hotel. It is simply poor.The room had no hot water, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Absolutely no Wi-Fi coverage in the rooms away from reception. Old worn towels. Dirty coffee cups on arrival. Old dated furniture. Dirty lampshades. TV from the 1980s. Lock on the door wasn’t particularly great with signs of previous forced entry. Toilet and bath had permanent imbedded stains. Generally dirty worn out rooms which need a complete overhaul. Pool bar was derelict. Pool area generally wasn’t that appealing.This hotel is also in a poor location, nothing noteworthy in walking distance e.g. bars and restaurants. Don’t be fooled by Google maps, a lot of things have closed down.Reception staff weren’t friendly but the other staff were. Which is a shame because the lack of investment in this place isn’t their fault.I can’t recommend this place and certainly wouldn’t stay again. Simply not good enough even if you halve the price.
