Terrible place, I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Dirty bed linen, towels, terrible bathroom and there was a dirty toilet... when I wanted to move out right away, not all the money was returned to me, terrible arrogant staff.

Stayed here over the New Year holidays. For a week the faucet was humming in the kitchen, right below us, every day they promised to fix it! Nothing happened. Also, a package of shampoos and creams disappeared from the room. They said it was accidentally thrown out and didn't offer any compensation. The kitchen is very dirty and there are rats running around, and of course we refused the breakfast included in the price! No one changed the bed linen in a week, the towels were all snagged and stained. The only advantages are the balcony and the view from the window. One room has no windows at all. Be careful when choosing housing

Ground floor rooms look straight into a wall not even a foot away, constant street noise from scooters. Upper level rooms should be better with nice lunches style area providing views over surrounding area. Pool and service nice.

Cozy place to stay in Seminyak.Hotel-like guest house with small swimming pool. Spacious room and toilet. There's mini fridge and TV with HBO channel (English movies). Clean sheets and they provided us fresh towels everyday.You can choose breakfast from thier menu (Nasi Goreng was delicious!). They also have motorcycle rental. Good WiFi connection.Staff was very accommodating and polite.Location wise, it's 30-45mins going to the beach.
