It is about 5-10 minutes by bike or car from central Ubud.There are few restaurants within walking distance in this areaTherefore, I think this place is not suitable for people who want to be very active and move around, but it is a place that is highly recommended for people who want to spend time in a relaxing and comfortable place.The room only has a fan, no TV.A pleasant breeze blows when you step out onto the terrace.The hot water in the shower comes out without any problem.Don't forget to bring shampoo etc.You can choose to have breakfast on the terrace or on the first floor.Although it is shared, there is also a large refrigerator.There are places to park your bike along the road.Above all, the staff is very responsive!I think this kind of support is a must at this price!

Wijaya is a good option to spend a few days, it is located not far from the city. It is also a good base for exploring more northern parts of the island, such as the volcano and the famous temple in the photo.About breakfast, we liked it, you can choose between two options:banana flavored pancake, I didn't find pieces of the fruit there, but maybe there was. And our favorite is a sandwich with eggs, tomato, lettuce, cucumber and sauce. There is also coffee and tea available.You can have breakfast on the balcony or in your room, but you have to go to the first floor and ask the staff.Regarding the room, be aware that there will be no air conditioning, at least in the mode we chose. The fan in room 7 doesn't work properly, even at its highest speed, you will only receive a light breeze. But at the time of year I went, it didn't feel very hot. Finally, there was the problem with the door that kept coming off the track every time you opened it.The bathroom had a sewage smell, sometimes the water in the shower ran out in the middle of the shower, I had to be very quick, it also takes a while to heat up.Water is available free of charge and you can use the open kitchen to cook.But overall, I thought it was a good option, especially for the price paid. Furthermore, the staff is always kind and pleasant.

Location bit outside from city and recommended to use motor bike to avoid traffic hassle. |Rooms here are clean and comfortable.|Boy who served me there was so kind and helpful for every of that need which is required.|Nice breakfast on time and everything.|Very much fit in price also.|Much recommended.

The location is great, 5 minutes by motorcycle or car to the center of Ubud but far away enough that it’s quiet and you hear the sounds of nature at night. There are 2 friendly dogs in the property. The wifi is okay, sometimes a little slow. The grounds and rooms need a little upkeep but they are clean in general, the room is spacious and very fresh even without AC. And the service is super friendly, we had breakfast in our balcony daily, definitely the pancakes are the best option with some local tea 💖

The location is far from busy commotions, crowd and noise.The building and its surrounding area is basically a family owned place, you can expect hospitality and greetings in the area.The owner is kind and they will prepare the breakfast by request.The only downgrade will be its quite hard to find the place initially, as they dont have proper sign to read and find their place at the time I'm staying, and heard the same complaints from other visitors - but its not a big deal because the location mark is showing the right place.That's why I'm taking few photos to help point out the place, hope it will be helpful.

Accommodation chosen slightly outside of Ubud to avoid noise.The staff is friendly, but the room management is disappointing. Window locks are broken.I made a reservation that breakfast would be provided, but it was not provided.
