I booked a room via the OYO application, and I have made payment in full via the application. However, when we got there the receptionist was not at the location. I waited for hours before he came.I was shocked and suddenly asked to pay again, on the grounds that the price was being manipulated by the application, and he forced me to pay again.After I checked in, the room condition was very bad. The water smells, the roof is broken, the kitchen is really dirty. Basically don't come here again

I REALLY REALLY REALLY SAD" I WANT TO REST RIGHT AWAY FROM THERE. THERE WAS NO RECEPTIONIST. I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 2 HOURS WHEN THE GUARD DTG OYO MIBTA EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE SAID THE PRICE ON THE APK WAS NOT ACCORDING TO THE ORIGINAL PRICE. THE ROOM WAS BAD, THE WALLS WERE MOLD THE SHEDSHEETS WERE HOOKED" BECAUSE OF THE ROKO BUT IF ANY SDKIT GETS Stained, IT WILL GET CASH HADEHTHE FIRST AND LAST TIME I STAYED HERE AND FOR YOU I REALLY RECOMMEND

I kept ordering a room via the app until I was told to pay another 50 thousand. For the reason that the price in the app is not reasonable, it makes sense to just charge the price as you please?? The room is not as good as the one in the picture, the room is for 2 people but 1 towel is given hahaha, I want to check out at 8 but there is no one on duty until I call and wait 30 minutes to check out. Very bad service

The staff are very friendly and polite, the place is also clean & comfortable for resting, the parking area is also spacious for motorbikes, it's very safe because the parking is right in front of the room, the facilities are complete, the main thing is that I really recommend this place, thank you, I hope the bad ratings can be corrected because they don't match the reality

SCAM Hotels. Don't ever stay here. When I checked in via the Oyo application, the hotel with the initials "D" asked for additional room fees. The reason it is applied is too cheap.Because we were at night and paying, and didn't want to make a fuss, we ended up paying NOT SINCERELY.

Fraud. Scam. If you order, you get the price of IDR 430,061 on Traveloka, when it arrives, you are told to pay IDR 150,000, if you don't want it, just cancel it.Even though the cancellation process takes more time and you have to look for another accommodation.Bought this for my sister, but it turned out to be a disaster.The lesson is to look at other reviews before ordering, don't be tempted by cheap prices even though they are scams.Hopefully they will improve their hospitality by setting a price of IDR 150,000 according to reality.Just look for another hotel. Don't do this OYO 90690 Pondok Dukuh.
