Great place for such an amazing price!!ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND FOR THOSE ON A BUDGETPROs:-You get so much more than what is deserved with the price which is the cheapest I found in the area (if you book directly with owner it can be as low as 70,000 a night but most likely 75,000 - depends on season).- Wonderful, kind family run it. Help with everything including bike rentals, tours, taxis- Always available free drinking water, hot water, tea, and shared fridgeCONS:- a little far from city center, 25 minute walk or 8 minute by bike but then parking is not the easiest.- some things aren’t extremely clean but overall pretty decent- beds are not very comfortable. For 2-3 nights it’s good but longer and not good (after 4 nights my back started hurting)OVERALL-if you plan on renting a bike and don’t need 5 star clean and brand new place to sleep, this place is perfect and such a good price. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

This place is a family owned business. Beautiful people run this house. The only thing I would say is the humidity... it s not their fault of course. My single room with a double bed is spacious and has a fan :)

Owners are nice, so I give stars for that. They don't change sheets in between guests, so be aware of the risk of infections and higher risk of bedbugs gone unnoticed cuz they just broom the top of the bedsheets so how could they notice any hiding in the mattress if they don't look under the sheets? Sometimes I drool as I'm falling asleep and that leaves small marks on the sheets that come out with washing. I'm sure people with feet infections sleep barefoot and some fungi can live on bedding for weeks, so be mindful of the risk you take. Not cleaning bed sheets in between guests seems common at other hostels in the area also, unfortunately. It's also very hot if you get one of the end top bunk beds. Thankfully I was able to switch to the middle bottom bed for my last 2 nights, and it made such a difference in temperature! The middle of the mattresses on both beds I slept in were too squishy, so I sunk in them and anything on the bed got rolled toward the dip in the center. Also if you have a top bed, you can't sit up straight. If you have a bottom bed on either side, it didn't look like the fans reached those how they were set up. My last day there, a guest in an end bed brought the fan from the common area right in front of his bed. So I think only the middle beds are open enough to get cool air from the fans. Also a miscommunication with the host led to me having to cancel a tour that I thought I had booked with a guide, but was actually only a driver so I cancelled even though I specifically asked if a guide was included and they specifically said "yes."It's nice that we can use the kitchen and there's free drinking water, hot water, coffee, tea. Bathrooms are quite clean also (just be careful hanging things on the hooks in the shower cuz how the showerhead is angled, it aims right at whatever you put on the hooks and it gets soaked).I think if they add more fans to the room, at each bed ideally, it would improve the place. Also if they start cleaning sheets in between guests it would make the place much more hygienic.

Sometimes the shower doesn’t work and the roof leaks in the common area, but it’s quite yet close to everything. Love the family

I booked a bed in a shared room. The room doesn't have much to talk about, but outside the house has a beautiful garden, very relaxing to sit and chill. The location is close to the Ubud market and the monkey forest. And the price is very hard to beat, which makes this a high value place

Good for this price. They have hot water, small kitchen and laundry. People are very friendly. One thing- there is no door in dormitory, so you literally covered by curtain only
