Good location - about 10 mins from the pier by walk or less than 5 mins by scooter. The room is huge and the bed is super comfortable. There are a small fridge and safebox in the room. A la carte breakfast is also good. You will have to choose from the menu. In case you want to takeaway, the earliest time to pickup is 6:45 (the restaurant opens at 7). The pool is a bit crowded in the late afternoon but it's good to chill in the pool after a long day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. There is also a shower room at the resort if you needed to shower after checkout time. I'd like to give 10 out 5 stars to this hotel. Will definitely come back again!! ❤️❤️❤️

✅ Hotel Arsa Santhi Nusa Penida is located on Nusa Penida Island, approximately 300 meters from Nusa Penida White Sand Beach. The accommodation is conveniently located along the road. Surrounding the accommodation there are many restaurants and shops.✅ We reserved a room for 3 people with breakfast included. Inside the room there are all amenities. A comfortable place to sleep The bathroom is very spacious, divided into wet/dry zones. Overall clean and neat.✅ Atmosphere around the accommodation There is a beautifully decorated garden and trees. There is a swimming pool and restaurant available. Breakfast is available as a set as they prepare and is delicious. Service staff are smiling and cheerful. This is a great choice for travelers who want to truly relax.

I had an amazing stay here! After another hotel accidentally overbooked, I was left homeless and fortunately Arsa was able to take me in to their spare room!I originally booked with Expedia but due to a system error the premium room chosen wasn’t available. I was desperate and willing to stay anywhere but the staff helped me cancel the booking and pay the right amount! It was incredibly honest of them! Walan at reception was really kind and helped me relax after a very hectic day!I didn’t use the free shuttle service but it would have been super helpful as the taxis charge 150 IDR for the short ride.Pool was lovely, grounds well looked after, and close to some fun restaurants - though not close to the famous beach, would. We’d to rent a scooter there!

It is within walking distance to the pier. There are five free breakfasts to choose from. Coffee and juice are also available in a self-serve format. The portions are not large, but they are great value for money.

Great hotel, good 4*, nice deep swimming pool with a paddling pool, clean, very nice rooms.However, what surprised me most was the restaurant - the food was amazing - even if you don't live here, it's worth visiting, because everything is delicious and at good prices. I recommend

We loved this hotel in Nusa Penida. The location is excellent, very close to the western ports but, at the same time, it is a quiet place.The room is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water, TV and kettle, and everything works perfectly.Breakfast is good, there are several options and you have to choose it the day before.In addition, the accommodation offers free round-trip shuttle service to the port.

The Good:The location is the best thing about the hotel, along with the cozy design. The pool is good too.We discovered some fantastic restaurants and cafes near the hotel, especially Wyn's and Sapodilla/Sugar Daddy! Definitely recommend checking them out if you're staying there.Areas for Improvement:The first room we got wasn't ideal for a couple. It faced a public area, so there wasn't much privacy, and the floor had wine stains (apparently a common occurrence from previous guests according to the staff). Luckily, the staff was very helpful and moved us to a different room that we were happy with.The food at the hotel restaurant was just okay - nothing special to write home about.Overall:The hotel itself seemed a bit on the generic side. If you're looking for a great location with good restaurants nearby, this could be a good option, but keep in mind the basic amenities might need improvement.

Rooms24.8“The hotel is very miserly . Bad food ”Don't go by the old reviews. The room smelled bad . The breakfast is limited to only one dish , per person. They served me cold omlettes which came with the American breakfast. The lunch we had on the first day was very bad and overpriced. Luckily there is a very good restaurant next door .The chicken and fish both were dry amd chewy. They are very miserly with the creamers provide with the tea & coffee in the room . . Only 2 creamers per room and when I asked for more They looked shocked as though I asked them for gold. We are not used to black coffee and need more milk , but they were refusing . I had to fight and beg for 4 extra creamers . Finally even gave them the tea bags in exchange. Never ever in my life have I seen a hotel denying me something as simple as milk powder. Pathetic ! The hotel staff is very sweet and friendly but they are on a tight leash by the owner, hence have to follow the strict, ridiculous policies. First day the room had a weird smell which they took care of. No hand towels provided only bath towels.Was mislead by the false rating . It's very overpriced for the kind of service they provide. Have stayed in similar or little higher priced hotels and been treated so well . This hotel is a complete let down . Don't recommend at all

I was left with a bittersweet island feeling about the hotel.The rooms were quite shabby, bad smell in the bathroom and very bad breakfast.The only good thing is that it is close to the port and restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner

We had a bad experience here. The room allotted to us had a very bad smell. Washroom also stinks. Food was worst. Breakfast doesn’t have much options. Only good thing is location. It’s very close to harbour. Exterior(inside the hotel) was good. Swimming pool was good. Staff were nice.

Hotel is close to harbourDecent hotel, pool is niceWhat i disliked is the breakfast and the staff at restaurant.They have very limited options for breakfast and being vegetarian and when options are even more less, they denied when i asked for more fruits. Even the fruits what they give you is just 2 pieces of watermelon and papaya.Even milk they dont refill unless you ask for it.Overall breakfast must be improved.

The hotel is close to the port and they will pick us up and take us, which helps with carrying our bags. The room is large and very pleasant with a mini fridge. The staff is friendly and always available to help.
