It is a Homestay where aFamily on the ground floor and they rent rooms on the upper floor. They didn't give me the towel or the toilet paper!! The wifi very slow.Dirty sheets. Mojo on the walls. Additionally, I booked a room with a window and they gave me one without a window, smelling of wetness and humidity. As if that were not enough, the cistern to flush water in the toilet does not work! By the way, they say on Agoda that they include towels and personal hygiene items, which is a lie! They don't even give you toilet paper! Shameful!I don't recommend it...

In the photo it’s one thing, but in life it’s completely different, I was given the choice of either a garbage dump or a slightly worse garbage dump, I wrote to the support service to cancel the reservation and return the money, because there are no conditions! No towels or soap for you! A dirty bed, bars on the windows, a dirty toilet in which a healthy gecko lives and screams either in the morning or in the evening!

The family is very nice and helpful. The rooms are simple but enough. One room though didn't have a window and the rooms where quite dirty and things like the red oyo bedding had mould.We really liked the location as it was very quiet.Definitely enough to stay a night or two.I think with a little bit of cleaning and effort this could actually be an amazing place.

The family were really nice and the location is situated in front of a luscious rice paddy field. Unfortunately the rooms were quite dirty, and it reeked of stale smoke when we arrived. Luckily we were able to ventilate the room a bit, however the smell coming from the bathroom was terrible.The walls were so stained and would really benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The bedside table was covered in something that looked like mould. Same with the tap in the bathroom. The bathroom really needs a strong dose of bleach to clean it. We didn’t get any soap or toilet paper, stuff we had to buy ourselves. We also didn’t get any towels but went downstairs to ask for one which they provided.Aircon worked well, hot water only lasted for a little bit.Good for a very short stay and for a budget option.

A waste of time, I book in advance and when I get there, he tells me it's full, you'll have the room downstairs, smaller, no view, no terrace. Nothing to do with the room booked...and more unpleasant...obviously I went elsewhere

I ordered using the application and came all the way to find the room was full. It turns out that it was the same person who came straight away. What I regret is that when I ordered, I couldn't get a room. It's better if you're looking for a room to just go straight ahead rather than hoping for unclear whether you'll get a room or not

I booked this place through Agoda, then when I arrived from the airport at 2am, it turned out that they cancelled my booking and gave it to someone else, and they were full, so I had to stay in the street until 10 am to find another place that can check me in

Not well located and the info on google was wrong. Was a terrible experience to try to find it with two suitcases. Arriving here the disappointment was even bigger. Place is terrible.
