There’s major construction works going on within the hotel vicinity. We booked a standard room and it was quite noisy from the construction from 8am onwards. Neighbours were party goers so that’s another noise we had to deal with at night.Our room was rather disappointing - run down, toilet needs major upgrade and water tasted salty! Suspected unfiltered as my hair feels damaged after shower. There’s no kettle / cups provided. If you’re considering to book here, best to only get bungalows - it looks way better from the outside.Pros: really good location, right in the middle of the Main Street of Uluwatu, 2km away from Padang Padang & Bingin Beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby (including the home stay itself - they run a cafe downstairs too). Daily housekeeping and they change our towels everyday. There’s also laundry service within the hotel itself at 12k IDR per kg.

I left naturela yesyerday tô go tô another place and I am already back to Naturela for breakfast, only place in town making breakfast very soon. I rentes my motor cycle there too. People working there só Nice, they give you tips for anything, like tours, transportation, etc would be back definitely !

We spent 8 days with family at Naturella, the staff are charming, very cheerful and love children! the room was perfectly adequate with a downside for the bathroom which needs to be refreshed and rather poor drainage. The little extras: a top restaurant, everything is delicious and at really very affordable prices, top quality/price ratio, a swimming pool large enough to take real baths, geographical location close to the beaches of Padang-Padang and Uluwatu, rental of scooters on site, cash withdrawal terminal just outside the hotel. I recommend this place!

Simple Homestay in Bingin. The location is super and many activities, restaurants and shopping around. The room is spacious and made up for a bit outdated bathroom. Clean pool and friendly staff. Had a good time and will visit again. Good value for money. No noise from street or other guests at the time of the visit.

Great place to stay in Uluwatu. In house resto is super ideal and pleasant to sit and eat amongst lots of green plant decor. Walking distance to other delicious restaurants too. Staff are lovely and let you leave your bags at reception if you’re early/late for check in/out. Would 100% stay again.

review of the cafe, ordered delivery from there. Shakshuka is not cooked with tomatoes, but simply in cheap ketchup, more like soup. it is impossible to eat. The croissant is old and tasteless. cheesecake is not real, it has nothing to do with cheesecake. everything was cooked incorrectly and tasteless

Room was absolutely foul; mouldy, dirty, wallpaper peeling off the walls, unclean bathroom that smelt of piss and every time you flushed the toilet the whole room had a lovely aroma of sewage. The staff were fantastic though and gave us a full refund. We lasted 5 minutes here, now at a lovely different hotel :)

A hotel not to be recommended! Firstly when we arrived there was a lizard on the ceiling of the room. There were 3 of us, two adults, a 17 year old child and the only thing that was offered to us was a floor mattress that reinforced all the way to the floor. The bathroom is unsanitary, it smells like sewage! There is mold on the shower head. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we talked to the staff about leaving after 1 night because it was impossible for us to stay here, they were very understanding and refunded us the two nights. This is the only positive point of the hotel: the staff is kind and understanding.

Very chill stay. Nice pool, great room. Not the prettiest, but certainly for this price and absolutely fine. Everything is also in one, you can rent a scooter, do laundry and have breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff. All very helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews I see. This place is absolutely great!

Pro : location and pool.Cons: The room had a musty, damp odor with a bad plumbing smell. No bottled water was provided daily; only one small bottle was given at check-in. The shower was disappointing—water tasted salty and seemed unfiltered, leaving hair feeling hard after each wash. Be prepared to be dissapointed with the aesthetic, nothing like in their pictures.Note: It's a long walk to the beach, but manageable if you enjoy walking. Keep in mind that this area has uphill terrain.

Dirty room, bordering on unsanitary with traces of humidity on the walls and a strong smell in the bathroom.Take care of your belongings, we had some clothes stolen.The restaurant is simple but good.

Dear Hotel Naturela, I’ve been visiting you two days ago and I think I forgot my black linen pants. Is it possible to pick it up? We ve been in a bungalow and we are the ones that slept in if that helps 😅 I’d be really thankful! It Hotel is amazing <3

1. Minimal parking; 2. Rooms do not match expectations & description; 3. On the 3rd floor there are no window curtains so there is no privacy for visitors (the glass is transparent); 4. the water is salty; 5. dirty floor; 6. The swimming pool is dirtyPositive: the location is quite close to Uluwatu Temple if you want to watch the Kecak dance
