Very nice hotel, it is in a quiet location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and can speak English. The way to the city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There is your own scooter rental for the equivalent of €5 per day.

The walls are raised from dampness and humidity, the interior and old furniture smell of dampness. For this reason, I had to sleep with the door open all the time. If you don't throw the towels on the floor, they don't change them. It is a hotel rule, but it is not written anywhere. Although they run out of hand soap, they do not give a new one without telling. I have never seen such a stingy hotel before. The worst thing is that the bathroom constantly smells of sewage.The only positive thing is that the staff is helpful and friendly.I definitely do not recommend this hotel.The walls have been removed due to dampness and moisture, and the inside and old furniture smell of dampness. I went there cheaply, but I didn't trust the hygiene, so I couldn't relax.The bathroom smells and there are bugs.But in a twist, the breakfast was very delicious.

Pluses- the most friendly people- took a room on the 2nd floor, under the dining room, and it is love, very quiet, view of the forest, very beautiful- breakfasts, they increased the portions during the stay, upgraded the menu, it was delicious- a good poolCons- a small room, but you can call- the location of the air conditioner is not very normal, it blew directly into the head, and it is hot without it

I stayed for two nights on the 3rd floor wifi would drop in and out. No hand towels and the toilet wasnt fixed to the floor properly which i felt cause i stink in the bathroom.. I went to breakfast i had toast no butter available though. Air con was full of dust and barely able to cool the room.Stay here if your not looking to spend alot of time in the room. No tv or phone in the room.The bed was nice and the room was clean. Staff where nice. One small chair on the room.Cupboard door was broken. Along with the front sliding door was always jamming.

Lovely well located little Inn with clean delightful rooms, nice pool for a dip after exploring Ubud. Walk to main areas with many restaurant options in easy walking distance. Good breakfast on a tropical deck. Nice rice paddy views. Great value!

Some of the positive things about this place is the location. Has walkable places to eat (try Lemongrass Bisma Warung, across the street) and close to Main Street Ubud. Also, the breakfast is really good, compliments to the chef and staff. And the pool was nice to swim in on a hot day. It’s always clean and has a shallow and deep parts to it. Additional, the Wi-Fi is surprisingly really fast. We streamed Netflix and YouTube (on 2 devices) with no problem.Some of the negatives are the ants and bugs. You are next to a rice field so it should be expected. And the room does come with a bug net around the bed so that’s a plus. Another negative is that the closet space and mirror are pretty small. Lastly, we came after they harvested the rice in the rice field. In the pictures, the rice fields were nice and green ;but when we got there it was brown and muddy. So hopefully you’re there when there’s rice in the rice fields.Overall, Adi Bisma Inn is a good place to stay. The price is very reasonable especially with the free breakfast. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Ubud.
