Rooms were as described. Environment, services and staff way better than expected. We had day trips, an offering workshop, a massage - all led by genuine, lovely, interesting members of staff. Made fantastic memories. Restaurant has beautiful lake view and hotel nice and close to northern bali 'attractions'

We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights with friends. On arrival we rented a scooter directly for 2 days negotiated at 200k instead of 300k which the rental company accepted. At the end of our stay we returned the helmets and keys to reception and asked if everything was ok, we received positive feedback. The same evening the rental company contacted us asking for 400k, being certain of our good payment we certified to him that we had paid and that the initial price was 200k. After he threatened us to call the authorities and sent us "the rental contract" to modify, we decided to pay because we are not people in bad faith, and just want to have a good vacation , with good people.We took our seats in our rooms which had a foul smell. It was really difficult to sleep without a headache and we had no cleaning service during our stay. Additionally, the pool was not usable (dirty).What offset this bad experience was the view from the restaurant.

The rooms are poorly insulated, there are holes above the windows.The hotel is noisy and dirty. The rooms smell musty and there is no cleaning between nights, we found waste in the trash when we arrived.I rented a scooter for two days by negotiating the price to 200k ird and when leaving the host charges me 300k ird because the price is not negotiable according to him. Finally the invoice for the scooter was modified to justify paying more.The swimming pool is unusable because it is not maintained and very small

Absolutely magnificent! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable attention and kindness by the staff. The people here are incredibly nice, making me feel right at home.The view from my room was simply breathtaking, offering a serene escape from everyday life. The food was really good, with a diverse menu that catered to all my tastes. My room was not only comfortable but also beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious ambiance.The service for the activities offered was amazing. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, ensuring that I had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying all that the hotel had to offer. The location is unbeatable, and the price for such high quality is truly amazing.I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and I'm so happy I did. This hotel provided me with an unforgettable experience, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

In general the Hotel is quite beautiful, just the rooms and service is not the best. We had a free upgrade, because all standard rooms where booked - so we got the garden view room. Mattress is very uncomfortable and bathroom needs an renovation. When we arrived the room was not cleaned, dirt on the floor, bin in the bathroom full of waste of previous guests, toothpaste in the sink... So obviously nothing was cleaned..The bed sheet had many stains on it - which you can also read from other guests...we also rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, which was really dangerous as the brakes didn't work properly and we returned at night while the light's where also broken. Don't really understand why they don't care.. I also informed the staff afterwards...no big reaction. This is dangerous for your guests! So all in all I can not recommend this hotel.

Great stay at wanagiri , the rooms were nice and clean with a big bed and the staff very helpful and friendly! They have as well many activities we could enjoy and breakfast included was big and delicious with fresh fruit , dish and tea or coffe !

We came with our children to family room , it was a great expirience , rooms are big And connected , very clean and big beds , the staff was very friendly and breakfast included home made and delicious .We had great expirience , Wanagiri have a beutiful soul And nature .We did reservation by Airbnb and from beggining se had great information and web book nice activities for our family .We recommend this hotel 100%! Thank you guys great work
