I has stayed for four days on the 2nd floor. of the house. There are two rooms on the 2nd floor with terrace. It was good to enjoy coffee on the terrace.The house is very nice to stay and convenient as the house is not far from main road and center of Ubud.The room is clean. But the shower room and toilet is not crystal cleaan. But acceptable to me.The house is located on a road but the room is away from the road. There was no car and bike noise.But early morning, you can hear roosters crowing.You can have breakfast at 25K IDR.They have several menu including Idonesia foods.I had breakfast fro two days. All they were delious.The owner of the hourse has responded very quickly to my questions and provicded infom to me.Overall, it is very nice and very cost reasonsable to stay.I will stay again if I travel to Ubud again.

We stayed one week at Shindu. The room on the second floor was very comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a big balcony where you can see beautiful colors of the sky at sunrise.The host family is the sweetest. They helped us a lot from the very beginning, and answered our questions about practical things in Ubud too.Highly recommended!

It's cheap, friendly, well-located, and all good, but avoid rooms without air conditioning. The pen room is warm until 2 a.m. It gets cool after 3 o'clock.

Great price-performance ratio. The family is very friendly and very welcoming. My room was small, but great for the first couple of days in Ubud. City Center in easy walking distance. Also felt very safe as a woman travelling solo on their property.

Very nice place to stay in Ubud. Quiet and relaxed with clean rooms and bathrooms. Twice a day you get a flask of hot water to make your own coffee that they also provide. Will gladly stay here again

Amazing place and amazing owner the room was very nice clean and comfortable for the price. Also have hot water and laundry service which I felt was better than the laundry shops. The place is always open so you can go anytime and enter anytime. The AC DOES the job pretty well. If you happen to be vegetarian go for the Balinese cake it is sweet and better than the other option rice porridge.
