1. Already booked and there is proof, but they don't enter the system. Finally given it in the afternoon.2. All the rooms are dirty, the entrance to the room along a small alley smells like urine.3. The room assignment does not match what was selected in the application. Small and smelly.4. The toilet smells strong like spitenk5. Ask for the gapu perfume, give it kisprey.

The workers are lazy, they play on their cellphones a lot, the AC isn't cold, they even complain that they're indifferent, their faces are sullen, they smell bad, they're noisy, there are dog paws all over the place, the floor is oily and sticky, it's not recommended to stay there

The bedsheets smell bad and it's not nice to get wet like that + the dirty room has cockroaches, the dirty bathroom doesn't have warm water. Dirty place... I'm sorry I booked straight away 5 days ago. Just stayed there one night then moved hotels

To get to the place, the road is a bit narrow.. the service takes a while because you have to check in using an application, so you have to download the application there.. the room is a bit stuffy. Then there are also rooms and bathrooms where the windows can't be locked... so it seems like a loss if you want to lock them... maybe next time the facilities will be repaired...

The receptionist was noisy until midnight, chatting with friends. Indifferent to guests, the room seemed to be used by the receptionist or someone else before I entered, the toilet didn't flush, there was feces still floating around, the smell of someone smoking. Not a recommendation for this accommodation!!
