The rooms and facilities are not suitable, the service is bad, booking a room with AC and being given one with a fan, requesting AC, asking for additional fees, no towels, location around the hotel is dirty

Honest review!!!300k for a stuffy room without air conditioning, you only get a small fan whose dust is pardonable. It's so hot the kids can't sleep and there's no plug for a cellphone charger!!! The pillow covers and bed sheets had lots of stains and smells. The cupboard has a hanger but there's no hanger. What's wrong with that? There is no towel hanger in the toilet. Even though in the photo the room is clean, there is AC and TV. Is it for advertising?Would I stay here on a bad day?

the room is dirty, the bed, sheets, blankets are dirty. maybe because it's been a long time since this hotel. Just an honest review, the location is strategic, close to Kuta beach, close to Legian because the location is on Popies Line 1. But don't book at Oyo, in the application the price is 100 thousand, even though the price is different, it's 150 thousand .Monthly is a bit expensive too, why not AC 2.4 but AC 3 million.Hopefully it will be improved again, don't be offended by the honest assessment.You can't do a fake review, right😁✌️

The man gave us a room without air conditioner on purpose, he said we paid less online.We booked online and when we came to checkin the man at the counter said it wasn't enough so we could either pay more for a room with AC on the lower levels of the hotel or he would put us on the upper levels without AC.He gave us a room with NO AC ON PURPOSE.Horrible staff, horrible experience. Would not recommend.They cheat here so much, they tell you the price is something and when the bill comes they add double.

Be aware that it is not possible to book this hotel through Agoda, even though it is there. The owner will simply say that he is not working with Agoda, despite the fact that I paid for the booking and it was confirmed. I was not the only one there with this issue :(

Friendly family owned, however Wifi unavailable in room, and building is generally ran down. Rooms have dirty walls and toilet shower area is very small and not clean and visual soap scum and calcium buildup. This place has a lot of potential but needs money spend on it to attract future guests for any longevity of the business.

The dumb me not checking the room before paying, and not booking through official phone application. After paying and stuff we were disappointed with the room. came here 4/5 years ago. the room is not clean. according to the price. standard breakfastThe water is for bathing, maybe because it's close to the beach, it's a bit slippery on the skin.
