The room is quite spacious, but it has a very strong bad smell and the bathroom was dirty and smelled very bad. The place is not clean, but the service is good.

*******ATTENTION DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL****I had a terrible experience with this hotel and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I booked a room for a month but had to leave Bali for a few days for a visa run. I left my stuff in the room and told the hotel that my friend would be picking up the keys to look after my things while I was gone.When my friend went to get the keys, the hotel refused to give them and claimed my stuff was gone. Despite telling them I hadn’t checked out and was only away for a short time, the manager was unhelpful and defensive. They even started pretending not to speak English and have since blocked my calls.I still haven’t gotten my belongings back, which included sentimental items and new clothes. On top of that, I paid for a room I couldn’t use. This whole situation is incredibly frustrating and unfair.

I ate at Kedin's and watched an AFL direct telecast. Kedin's has been revamped since COVID. Menu still extensive and very reasonably priced. Staff always pleased to see customers. Delicious Nasi Campur.

Good location, cheap hotel, don’t expect anything fancy. Room is large but entirely infested with mosquitoes, and two big cockroaches around. The room was clean but I couldn’t appreciate much because of the mosquitoes. But it’s cheap, good location and quiet for one night, bring DEET and you will be fine !

The only thing lacking is the vehicle parking space and narrow access to get there, but everything else is really good, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly, the price is affordable and the location is close to Kute Beach.

I'm traveling alone. I found it while walking locally. Close to the beach and plenty of shopping within walking distance. The pool was cute and the water was clean. The sheets were stretched tight and I was able to sleep comfortably. However, even though I was on the second floor, there was no one to carry my suitcase, and I had to carry it up the stairs one step at a time, and the man guiding me didn't even bother to help me, so it was very difficult. Also, the shower drainage was not good, so I had to change rooms. However, the new room also had bad drainage, so I think the owner and employees don't really care about that and clean it. The above two points were disappointing. September 2019

We always stay here when we come from our place on Lombok. Poppies lane 1 is very quiet with everything you need. 5 minutes walk straight down the street and you are on Kuta beach. The rooms are a little older but huge. Very clean and tidy with lovely staff. Restaurant is very good with large breakfast, coffee and juice 50 000 idr. Beer large is 42 000 idr. Beautiful big crystal clear pool.

Rooms walls have marks everywhere. WiFi is so poor. I rented for a month but after 1 day complain and after 3 days asked refund even if I payed normal daily rate. The owner did not even bother to come see me. Made up a store of putting in boosters. I am sorry I hate putting bad reviews but I left before my time was up by more than a week. Great location. It probably needs a new owner with vision and being proud!!
