FRAUD is very different from the photo, there is no swimming pool, this is a boarding house with a 3 cm floor with OYO written on it. Anything damaged then put it on the 3rd floor again. Dirty bad experience, when I wanted to check out I didn't knock but I banged on them. Then I called loudly as if I was asking for a fight, the eastern male staff. KAPOKThat's it, it's inside the location again. Get away from the photo

Don't ever book this hotel/you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!remember that!!!! The front and back terraces are very dirty, never cleaned!!! the room doesn't have towels and blankets!!!!!! I want to go to the receptionist, and it's closed!!! I can't contact anyone!!! up the stairs 3 floors, you can get there!!!!

My review, the bathroom is dirty and smells of sewage. The water is small and the flash is broken. The AC is cold but dirty and not cleaned. Lots of rubbish. There are no hangers for towels. The back door cannot be opened. The staff only cleans if there are guests who have just checked in. Please improve the service. It's a shame that the condition of the hotel is not good.

Complete rip-off, definitely don't book! We booked two rooms and both were so run down that we wondered if we were even in the right hotel. The rooms smelled, had water and mold stains and were absolutely disgusting, not to mention the path to the room. Before we even entered the rooms, the employee at the reception offered to cancel the booking or that this would be possible without any problems before 2 p.m. and we would then get our money back. The whole thing was a complete mess and to this day we haven't gotten a cent back. Just a disgraceful response emails from OYO claiming that the rooms meet the standard as shown on their website and therefore no refund is possible. And that despite some photo and video evidence that we sent along upon request. Coldly ignored and blatantly lied.

At that price, it's still expensive.The bathroom smells bad, there are cockroachesBuilding not maintained. Garbage lay all over the hallway.The floor of the room is slippery and oily. Access to the stairs when it rains is muddy and slippery.The photos on Oyo do not match the realityThe advantage is that the AC is cold day and night.

When I arrived there, at 10 p.m., no one was at reception and I had to find another room... However, they write that they have a 24-hour reception. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't. I don't recommend it, it's better to pay a few dollars more and be sure of getting a room.

The rooms are pretty good according to the price. The only thing that doesn't like the service is the guard who is now in a bad situation with the guard who used to be kind and friendly. In the past, I stayed here every day for up to 3 months, using 3 rooms because it was comfortable, the guards were friendly and mixed with all of us who were staying, now it's a bit of a character and it's not very friendly even though we pay for one day here and plan to stay for a long time like yesterday because my husband at work has moved to Bali. . But I'm really lazy who is guarding now with lots of questions and rules 😏

It's a bit creepy... it's okay for just one night... the toilet smells of urine... the floor also looks slippery... no towels provided... the dust on the AC is terrible... for those allergic to dust, be careful with this place... the air conditioner is working .. there is for drying clothes.. I was told from the start.. the TV was off.. the wifi was slow.. then I entered the room at 2 o'clock.. even though I could actually put it in my room...

Very, very disappointing, can't say anything anymore, I'm tired from outside the island, I want to go on holiday when I get accommodation, it's really bad... the water in the morning doesn't work, I can't defecate, just wash your face with a toothbrush, you have to use your own mineral water, don't stay here. It's better to just sleep in the car instead of wasting money staying hereFor management: frequently check the condition of the hotel so that guests are not disappointed, thanks.

The rooms are dirty, the balconies are very dirty, the reception is only until 4 o'clock, after that it's difficult to get in,For a safe location, next to the four points, typical Balinese crowds with foreigners passing by, noisy bars until the evening.For the price per night, it's too expensive. I can get a better OYO for the same price in the Seminyak area.In fact, if the management is improved it could be a better hotel.Don't expect TV to be watchable. Just for display.

The room is decent for the price. But if it's really noisy at night, the young people in the street below are chatting and laughing until late at night, the sound is really loud in the room every night. The location of the pool is different, turning back and forth. The TV doesn't work now. Don't give me TV pictures if you can't use them. Tq

The room was dirty and the bathroom had a strong smell. There's mold on the pillows and the veranda door is so big you can't go out. Although there were 2 people staying, we were given one towel and the towel was damp.The counter was hard to find, and even when I called, the only answer was that it wasn't the phone number I had reserved. I stayed there because it was very cheap, but I didn't want to stay there again because of the cheap taste.
