Isn't the hotel private? Well, how come it's cleaned, there's no confirmation that it's open straight away, even though I've said extend, why is the reason why it hasn't been confirmed? Is this hotel looking for fault with the customer or what, since yesterday, the towels haven't been given once, the towels have been cleaned 1 even though the guests are 2. There's no drinking water. give it, it's not polite at all, next time if you want to clean it, say even though I already said it, extend it to the receptionist, fix it again, the employee, don't be presumptuous if you don't have money, don't feel bad about the customer, next time the employee will be taught, don't be presumptuous in entering the guest room, I just found out that this time I was in a hotel, there were no guests. but still forced to come in even though I clearly extended it and told the receptionist I WASN'T GIVEN YESTERDAY, NO PROTESTS, NOW IT WAS CLEANED, GIVEN 1 TOWEL, NO PROTESTS, WATER REFILL WAS NOT GIVEN, NO PROTESTS, THIS HOTEL'S MANAGER IS NOTHING, WHAT'S NOTHING, WHAT'S NOTHING?

Worst hotel ever!
Everything is dirty and broke. Stay 1 night is like a hole month nightmare here. You can hear your next room talking and moving. No towel, tv no programs, and bathroom curtain is broke! Don’t stay here

Pick up guest laundry here and the reception is not polite. Not even saying hello. When I asked if I could go straight up because the guests had told me to go straight up (I asked nicely), they just told me to take them downstairs and immediately chatted again with the group. Really bad attitude!

It's different from the same class as the one that already has a name, I'd rather just look for something safe, yes, a different brand..., add 25% - 30% to the budget :)But here we win strategically because in 1 complex there are many other brands besides hotels, ATMs, pizza, burgers, Ace, Mart, almost everything, hehe

you check in at 2pm but u get towels at 9pm and everytime something missing like tv water boiler etc and after shower the bathroom looks like swimming pool it takes long time to drain the water

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Toilet have sewage smell🤮 Very noisy because this hotel located in front of the main street. The only good thing is there is a supermarket, and ATM next to the hotel. Staff at the lobby don’t even help with my luggage, they have a cart to carry guest’s bag, but the staff don’t offer any help. There is a leakage with the ac in room 227. The staff checked the room and offered me to change to another room, and yet this room the toilet still got sewage smell 🤮 Hotel and the rooms is very old with no maintenance. Hot kettle is provided in the room. Moldy bulding.

I stayed with my wife for 2 nights, the hotel's position is strategic, but for the parking area there should be a sign for the basement so it's not the mall.For the standard price at 3 stars, we got the most corner room even though the room in the middle was empty.When you first enter, towels are not provided, you must call the receptionist first,for a fairly spacious room at this price,the bathroom is too dark, it should be given more light

Okelah, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay with good location.The lift tho🥹Very old building and facilities. The room is actuall moldy and dirty lolol(i thought the other reviews were over reacting)But the AC was great, and i got such a big room.Don't sit on the couch tho, i sat and it smell really, really bad. It smelled like food? Funny.Keep ur shoes/sandals on even on the room. It's dirty.I got 3 water bottles, and one of them is full, but it was already opened, lmao that was scary, please check about that if you book here.I got room 202, and they actually have this hidden door that connect this room to the other room but hidden behind the cupboard. If the guest from the other room is smoking, you will smell it from this room. Also, not very good soundproofing. You will hear everything, depends on how good your ear is.

I strongly advise against this establishment.I sent 2 of my employees to stay there for 2 nights and I have never seen a hotel with zero customer care and attention, as in this case.The boys arrived, after 10 hours by ferry and 2 by taxi, they asked to pay via instant transfer and were told that it was not possible (throughout Indonesia you pay via transfer to local banks). The boys didn't have enough cash or credit cards so they couldn't make the payment. The facility was asked to give them the room, holding their documents until the payment, which they could make in an hour's time. The hotel staff invited them to go and withdraw the cash somehow, despite the pouring rain that showed no signs of stopping, without an umbrella or anything and after a long journey. They didn't want to give him the room even if they withheld the documents. Shame on you, if I could have given you zero I would have.
