I asked for a higher floor when making a reservation, but they said there were no other floors because they gave me the second floor... I asked for two days and it's been three days, but I can see that the upper floor is empty.Ask them to change the bed sheets right away when you put them on. Also ask for the veranda to be cleaned.It seems like they keep accepting people without cleaning. The smell is not noticeable because the air conditioner is cool, but when you turn it off, it creeps in.It comes up. It's disgusting. Be sure to request it as soon as you arrive.There is a swimming pool, but it is too small and just for viewing purposes.Breakfast cooked without oil is nothing special.I'm trying to eat a salad because it's greasy, but the sauce is mayonnaise. The hotel is nice but it's next to the loudest club ever. Every night felt like a festival next door until 1 am. I had to sleep on the bathroom floor with ear plugs because it was more soundproof. Maybe they could have a double door/windows for the balcony to block the noise. Otherwise the pool is nice, room was clean and breakfast good. Close to the beach and shops.

The service is bad, and I tried several members. Looks like an education and policy issue. They are at the level of a bad guesthouse . Not a 4 star hotel-Unable to provide basic suggestions about the surroundings-Slow checking- When I tried to repeat in the same place (I did wanted to party) I unfortunately misselect the dates and when I arrived despite having many empty rooms they were unable to give me a room and asked to fight by phone with the booking website. Yes, I offered to pay any penalty which would be absurd on the same day as they have strong discounts to fill their empty rooms.- It took them more than 30 min to find an idem I forgot the first dayLuckily I found a cheaper better place (better maintain) that is just a bit more far away. Probably better if I decide to cut the party early as this hotel is just next to the bar / club and can be noisy
