Actually, there were no overall problems regarding service, etc., only my problem was, when I checked out there was something I forgot to bring, yes, it's a human being, you can't forget, I confirmed via the office committee, it turned out there was no answer from the hotel If you leave things behind, that's enough, that's enough to use as a lesson, next time be more careful with your own belongings, so think 1000x before staying here, this is just my experience.

The worst holiday haha, the room leaked like this, I complained many times but it still leaked like this,I was given a room to move but I was already too lazy, because I definitely had to pack my belongings again because I had stayed for 4 days but the AC was leaking, if the room wasn't fit to be occupied, don't give it to the guests, it's better to just fix it first. This is me staying on August 13-19 in room 561

Booked online for 2 nights and it was pretty good for a family staycation, spacious room, comfy bed with 4 soft pillows and clean but a bit noisy. Enough breakfast menus but tasty, friendly staff and plenty of parking.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!I’m writing this review late at night because I haven’t been able to sleep.The hotel houses very noisy people and does not enforce the rules of silence, even at night.First, until one in the morning, a crowd of guys at the tables by the pool were partying, drinking and shouting to the music, despite the fact that the rooms were built in the shape of a well and most of the windows/balconies overlooked the pool.I called the reception since midnight, they just said Sorry Sorry, but silence never came.They were walking around in the room/rooms above us all night, moving furniture, knocking, basically doing everything but not sleeping.As a result, from 4 in the morning people were walking along the corridor, shouting, calling, and possibly moving out.Again, the hotel administration did not regulate the silence in any way.It's horrible.We didn’t sleep all night, although we stopped in just for this reason; in fact, the hotel, in my understanding, was created so that you could spend the night in peace, but apparently not this time!!!

The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, friendliness, and top-notch service.The rooms are spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The extremely friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, always striving to meet our needs and make our stay as pleasant as possible.The location of the hotel is ideal—central yet quiet. You can quickly reach the main attractions in Kuta while enjoying a peaceful retreat. The pool area is another highlight, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.The 100 Sunset Hotel is definitely a place we are happy to return to. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next stay!

The room is spacious, the balcony is also spacious, but the AC leaked in room 561, from the beginning of checking in on August 13th until checking out the AC leaked continuously, dripping, the worst thing was the first 4 days until it seemed like it was leaking in the rain... I complained several times to the receptionist, he said. I've checked the engineering but the AC still leaks, the floor is very slippery. If you don't ask to clean the balcony, it won't be cleaned because the ashtray still has lots of cigarette butts, the breakfast is monotonous and that's just boring. But the staff is very friendly

The ballroom is large but too dark. Narrow parking. And the security on night shift is lazy and not cooperative in helping move motorbikes so the cars can get out, the answer is simply "well, when you get home, all the cars will be able to get out." Is this an appropriate answer for guests? Please improve human resources.
