It is a colonial-style accommodation in the heart of Chiang Mai. Very good location, near Maya mall, near Nimman, very convenient travel. The rooms are clean, spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable to sleep. There is a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel, a large pool, delicious breakfast, good quality, delicious noodles. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The room was a good size, but the small window made it feel a bit cramped. However, the white color scheme helped create a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was well-prepared and tasted good, although the selection was limited, it was sufficient for a hotel of this size. Upon check-in, the room preparation took a bit longer than expected, but the hotel staff was very attentive.Hotel staff provide good service. The room is a good size but the window is small. Gives an uncomfortable feeling but with a white tone it looks relaxed. Breakfast was good and tasty, although there weren't many choices, it was reasonable for a hotel of this size. During our stay, the staff left the room quite late, but the hotel staff were very attentive.

The hotel is a stunning new addition, offering a resort-like atmosphere in the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room I booked is The Grand Suite.The Grand Suite is a luxurious 70 sq.m. room with wicker windows influenced by Nepalese art, creating a comfortable, classic, and delightful atmosphere. The design includes a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious sitting area, including a fully-equipped desk. The large bathroom is upgraded with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower.

I stayed for consecutive nights, including the last day of my trip, and was very satisfied!- Location: It's not a very good location, but it's not bad for going to the stores in Nimmanhaemin. If you take Grab, you can travel within 10 minutes, so there is no major inconvenience.- Cleanliness: During my 2 nights in the room, I never saw any bugs except for one mosquito! Various amenities were neatly provided, and the towels were soft and not uncomfortable!- Facilities: It's a new hotel, so it's good. As everyone posted in the photos in their reviews, everything is really good, especially the pool...it's so spacious!! I couldn't swim at all, so I played with an arm tube and it was great and not too uncomfortable at 120cm! Walking back and forth is good for cardio👍- Breakfast: Not bad! There aren't many menus, but the menu quality isn't bad and it's worth eating. The bread and noodles are delicious. If you ask for the cilantro, please leave it out.- Service: The people of Chiang Mai are angels, and this place is no exception... The reception angels sing and everything is great... The personal service is perfect, and besides, you can use all the hotel facilities after check-out, so you can use all the hotel facilities after check-out. I left my luggage there, ate and played around, then came back in, swam, took a sauna, and then took a shower!! Ah~~ They didn't even care about dance and just let me use it all... There was water and towels at the gym so I could use them, and there were beach towels at the pool.... I didn't even bother picking up my luggage, so I just took out my swimsuit and played, then got my baggage and went to the airport. Very good.Overall Review: Highly recommended

❣️The room is spacious, the lighting is bright, and the furniture is mainly white. It is more suitable for adults to stay. The service is not bad. We asked for a room change and upgrade for an additional fee. They were willing to cooperate and we are very grateful.❣️It's very clean, the water pressure is sufficient, it's quiet at night, the air-conditioning is super strong, the pillows are very comfortable, the bath towels are oversized and high-end, I didn't encounter any problems during my two-night stay, and it only takes ten minutes to walk to Maya.❣️Next time you come to Chiang Mai, you can choose this hotel.🥹It’s a pity that the swimming pool closes at 7 o’clock.😯Breakfast is 350 baht per person, which is a bit expensive. We didn’t include breakfast.

The male service staff at the front desk had a very bad attitude because they couldn't understand their Thai accent and English. I asked several times and the impatient service was really unprofessional.The soundproofing of the room is really, really bad. The sound of people walking outside, the sound of doors closing, the sound of boiling water in other rooms, and the sound of chairs being dragged upstairs can all be heard clearly, making it impossible to have a good rest.There are many hotels in Chiang Mai, but this one is definitely not recommended! ! !It's not worth it to have a happy trip but be ruined by the service staff! !

Wide room area There is a sofa to sit at the end of the bed. The bathroom is clearly separated. The central area has a large swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center for all to use.We had dinner at Bella Nara Cusine restaurant. This time we ordered Thai food to eat. The taste is quite good. For breakfast, pork leg rice is very delicious. When you come to stay here, you must eat pork leg rice.Anyone who comes to Chiang Mai and still can't find a place to stay? I recommend this place. City center near tourist attractions Restaurant and cafe too

The accommodation is really very beautiful. But it's a bit difficult to take photos because the light is backlit from many angles. There's little light in the room. I recommend bringing a light. There are a lot of Chinese people, but I didn't meet any Thai people. Which Chinese people ❗️ smoke in the room ❗️ and then ventilation Cigarettes come into our room. About 3 times in 1 night that we stayed. We didn't know which room so we didn't inform them, we didn't want to have any problems. After taking a shower, the water doesn't drain. Flooding out into the bedroom😅 But the accommodation is beautiful, the service is good, there is a welcome drink and fruit in the room. The location is very good, close to Nimman, very convenient. The staff were very nice, really very kind. We took photos in front of the hotel and they ran to turn on the lamps to take beautiful photos. We arrived early so we went to leave our luggage and sit and wait for check-in time. They let me check in half an hour early. Thank you very much.🙏🏻
