Good points are the location and that the mattress is comfortable and the room have AA.Then the bad points are a lot... Just for saying something, the toilet paper doesn't exist, the toilet is in bad conditions (dirty, old, with some ants, low pressure of water in shower and tap). Then the room doesn't look at all like the pictures in Agoda, that pictures are from when they opened and it was brand new (with light on the bed, curtains, sheets, without dirty areas), but now the room has been used without care and maintenance.I arrived in a night flight directly for sleeping and when I was going for that notice that the sheets were used with make up, and looks like they washed then weeks ago. As I was so tired, ended sleeping covered with my clothes and covering the pillow with a tshirt, next day I asked for the change of sheets to housekeeping and she kindly helped me. By the way, the housekeeping service of the room is going in 5 minutes for pick up rubbish and sweep the floor, there is qhenni notice why the room and toilet was in that conditions.Then, I'm in the last day (2 nights of stay) about to do the check out and just noticed an email from Agoda saying that my booking has been cancelled for no show (? I'm reading that and writing this from the room, I don't understand why they put no show if I'm here and I can't change that in Agoda.. That's why I'm writing here.If you're looking for a cheap beed with AA and in the middle of Kuta and don't care about everything else, go for it.

I arrived at the accommodation and they wanted to give me a shared room when I had reserved a single room. The manager/owner of the place is very rude, a liar and a scammer. Because what it does is scam people because I am not the first to have this experience in that place. The man told me that in AT HIS HOTEL, in reality a room is not a single room but a shared one and he showed me the photo. But I did not pay for the photo that he indicated to me, I paid a higher amount than the shared one cost and in the publication, from the AGODA page, a single room clearly appears in the image. I do not recommend this place. On top of that, the man wants to take me for a fool.I'm waiting for AGODA to refund my reservation money.

Sorry sir, I don't want to give 1 starbut I admit that the first time I came back I was disappointed, starting from the cabin lights not turning on from the start of checkin until checkout didn't turn on. fell twice from the cabin because the lights were off, even though the small shower water was hot, there was nothing cold. Then the water went out in the toilet on the day of checkout and someone was going to defecate when the girl was flushed, which smelled really bad. The only problem with the cabin is that the service from the sir and the bro is really friendly

**DONT GO TO THIS PLACE**Upon arrival they said it was full, but that was not at all; I did not feel welcome.As in the other comments I fully agree that the bathroom is neglected. In the previous reviews they responded that they will solve it, but it has not been solved yet.The (pee) stream of the shower is minimal, spider webs everywhere, still a very dirty mirror, mold, ceiling is broken, toilet seat is completely loose. the water in the pool is extremely dirty, so I didn't swim

Starting from the bathroom, it was very DISAPPOINTING. The shower couldn't be used so I used a bucket. Then the bathroom ceiling was also broken, the sink faucet didn't come out much, the mirror had lots of water marks. Cleanliness was not followed so the floor was very sandy

The strategic location is from Kuta Beach, but the hotel water smells so bad that I can't take a shower and I want to go to the airport, so the water smells like a big room, but the windows don't open, even though I've reported it, it's really uncomfortable. BTW, the price is 150k, so it's reasonable, don't expect more

THIS IS A SCAM! I booked a single room and they wanted to give me a bed in dorm shared with other people. Not only the pictures are wrong but also the description. Firstly they said that the single rooms are not available then they offered me one for a bigger price. I asked agoda to cancel this booking but the owner refused to accept the cancelation. It took a really long time to cancel but finally I got my money back. They were not very helpful and they have been raising voice even though I was calm in this terrible situation. This whole situation looked for me like planned scam. They receive booking from agoda so they still work with them. They have several websites, be careful where you book.

I ordered via Agoda and the transaction was successful but when we wanted to stay overnight at check-in it was rejected and they said the room was fully booked. I asked what the refund system was so that I could get my money back but there was no clarity at all from the hotel or Agoda....

Very scammy operation happening here with false advertising on rooms being singles when it’s a dorm. They don’t clean the sheets after every use and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in 2 months. Not even a simple wipe of the mirror. I was also super itchy after laying in my bed so I used my sleeping bag instead.

I booked a “single room deluxe” with the expectation that I would also find a single room. However, this room turned out to be a dormitory for 8 people. After describing the room I had booked, I was told that it was called a “single room deluxe” because you had your own bed. Sharing one would be even nicer!🤦🏼♀️ But I was then told that no one had booked for the night and I would stay alone. After I explored the place and came back, there were other people in the room. After I complained again, I was given another dormitory. This was neither cleaned nor tidied up. There were still toothbrushes, shower supplies and trash from the previous guests in the room. The beds weren't freshly made either. The room stank and the shower water smelled like toilet waste water... I felt completely uncomfortable and I'm wondering how you can rent something like that!🤢
