The location is great and the room is spacious and clean. The triple room has a high floor height and the staff service is good. The breakfast is simple, but you can order one dish. I ordered porridge every day because I was hungover, and it was delicious. Also, there is a cat in the hotel, and it is so cute that even the wild dog that chased me in the morning scolded me and ran away. That's why I want to go again... … ..

Me and my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Aksara Heritage in Chiang Mai, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The hotel offers an authentic blend of traditional Lanna charm with modern comforts. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet with both Eastern and Western options. The facilities, including the saltwater pool and well-equipped gym, were impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Aksara Heritage for anyone looking for a luxurious yet cultural experience in Chiang Mai!

My family and I stayed at Aksara Heritage for 7 days, and it was the best decision ever! The breakfast buffet had limited selections, but everything was delicious. The room was extremely clean—no bugs whatsoever— and the bedsheets smelled fresh. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and kind. An absolute highlight was the hotel cat, New Year; it was such a joy to spot him after long days of touring. The hotel is situated in a safe, quiet area, making it a perfect retreat. I would definitely return when I visit Chiang Mai again!

Sat down for lunch with my girlfriend and her friend in which one of the employees took a picture of them. When confronted, the duty manager asked the employee to delete it. And came back to us and said that it was to track how many customers they get and that it’s for the manager. However, if the duty manager knew this why would she then act confused on why one of the employees would take a picture in the first place. This made my friends and I uncomfortable especially since the duty manager was not apologetic at all and pleaded us not to write a review. It also would’ve have been nice to have been informed that there’s a 10% service charge with each split bill!

I had to reserve a hotel in one day, so I made a last-minute reservation and was completely satisfied. The staff are very friendly. He even gave me the experience of making my own snacks and because I spent a long time with him, he even remembered my face. The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but there was enough to eat and I enjoyed it all. I used the pool every day, and the view of the temple from the front of the pool was really nice. I ordered room service at the pool and it exceeded my expectations. The pad thai and tom yum soup were more delicious than those at regular restaurants. The bed in the room was spacious and the view was beautiful, but one thing that was a bit disappointing was that there were some ants. I think I would have been more satisfied if they had done the pest work. And all the famous restaurants in Old Town were nearby, so it was easy to walk around. I intend to visit again.

In the old town close to a small mall where you can find the Blue Noodle shop.Room is very empty with free bottles water and two free cokes every day. Staff are nice and friendly. Helpful and quick response.Breakfast is of wide selection plus 6 to 7 different set options to choose from.Things I don't like- balcony door cannot keep open. There are too many noisy Koreans, from the swimming pool to the breakfast room, accounting for more than 80% of them. From the self-service coffee machine to pouring coffee to your own thermos, the coffee in Chiang Mai is not at all Expensive!
