The property is decent, but our experience with the staff was disappointing. Except 2 people at the reception, others were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like the rest were forced to be in the hospitality industry. Also, the surroundings of the hotel don't seem very safe after sundown.

the service is the best, the place is cozy, the rooms are clean, the staff is the best, especially Sis Mahen D at the reception who is very, very helpful, the best, next time if you want to take a nap again I will stay here, and will recommend this place to other colleagues 🙌🏻❤️

I sent a booking request to the hotel via Airbnb, which remained unanswered after over 12 hours. We then drove straight to the hotel to check in. At the reception we learned that the hotel does not advertise itself on Airbnb, but rather does so through an intermediary. To our annoyance, there were no rooms available, even though there were still rooms available on Airbnb.It is disappointing that a hotel that makes a good impression works with agents who are not informed about the actual availability of the rooms. Offering rooms that clearly no longer exist is misleading and leads to frustration.For this reason I can unfortunately only give one star.---

My friend and I went to this hotel and it was very good, very clean and beautiful. It is also next to the port within walking distance and the pool is very nice. They offer a varied breakfast and also rent motorcycles, although just when we arrived to ask for a motorcycle at 8:30, the company they work with no longer had the small motorcycle left. The bed is very comfortable and they have television with FireTV and the shower is good.

Location is in front of harbour. But the area were dusty at all due to crowded area.Surrounded by some cafes or street hawkers, it is easy to get food.But at the nigth, those cafes had live music , so it was quite noisy.Overall OK..

The hotel is very well located since it is next to the port. In addition, it has good restaurants around where you can walk perfectly.Breakfast is correct (too bad there is no machine coffee).Although the room was adequate, there were two things that we didn't like: the light on the nightstands didn't work and the sink smelled like sewage. We had to be careful to close the door so it wouldn't permeate the room.

Very nice hotel room, spacious and clean.Very well located, 3 minutes from the port, next to restaurants and scooter rentals.The employees are friendly and available.Several choices possible for breakfast.Very nice swimming pool available.

We had room 106 with pool access, but we found mold there and the room smelled very musty. When looking at the interior of the room, we found that the night lamps were broken, taken down and simply placed on the closet. We had no hand soap, no small towels to dry our hands.We decided not to spend a night there because the health risks of the mold were too great. I only give 2 stars because of the staff, as they were courteous. They offered us another room, but that didn't make the mold go away and you could see from the outside that it had already spread through some of the rooms. We were given all of our money back without much discussion and were offered to take our luggage to another hotel, which we organized ourselves.

I do not recommend taking this hotel since when I went to take it I selected June 10 to stay and once I paid and made the reservation, the confirmation showed June 11 instead of June 10, I contacted them so they could fix it and there was no way, so I lost my money

It's very clean and they clean it well every day. I recommend it because you can make a reservation for a tour right across the street. The location is also close to the port, with a supermarket next to Bao, and many good restaurants. The swimming pool was also clean and pretty. It was nice to see the stars too. I highly recommend it

Very well presented hotel, located near the boat arrival port.||The Staff were helpful, explaining the hotel facilities, and breakfast choices.||Rooms were nice, very clean, and well equipped.||The only down side was that we asked to extend and were quoted a price far higher than available in booking.com

Had such a great stay at here I would highly recommend! The staff h elped with any questions we asked and honestly did everything they could to help us out, the room was stunning with a walk out balcony to the pool and the bed was so comfy! They gave us pool towels as well as normal towels every day, made sure the room was tidied when we were out and honestly couldn’t praise them enough! Even drove us to the ferry port and got our tickets sorted so we didn’t have to wait in line to check in, really happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!
