Very disappointing service. I know I paid a cheap price, but I paid (via tiket app) and when I arrived, the staff told me there was no room available, that they were overbooked. I insisted that I already paid and showed my order, and said when a room is booked on a certain date then it got full, it was impossible for other people to make bookings. After I argued a bit then the staff showed me the way up and said she would give me a room, and there we went, to an unoccupied room. So why did she say there had no room and overbooked? Poor service and I can’t understand why they would say things that are not true, just can’t grasp the purpose.The room itself wasn’t good either. Could use better cleaning. This part is forgivable due to the price, however the staff need more training in understanding booking system and attitude to guests.The next day the behavior of that staff changed drastically, super nice, offered me a breakfast thay she said was included. Honestly I have no idea what was happening.

We spent a week here. We were looking for an authentic place away from the tourist centres, we found it and we will remember this stay with great pleasure. The family that hosted us is among the most beautiful and kind we have ever met, we will certainly remember their kindness and their smiles. Breakfast and lunch were also good at really fair prices. If you are looking for authenticity and tranquility then this is the right place.

Loved the hospitality, the rooms and food. We stayed on the hill close to the rice fields and had the best sleep and shower since a long time. The owners are amazing, polite and helped us with all our requests

It is not possible to stay inside the room due toSmell of mold. I arrived at 23:00 with the hope of sleeping and going to the volcano in the morning 🌋 but now it’s 01:10 and my head hurts 🤕 already from the smell of moldI'm ready to leave at night but not be in this room for another minute.

Absolutely not recommended. We came to Bali 3 times and I have to say that this was one of the worst experiences.Be careful when you book because the room is not like on Agoda, the photos are misleading.The room is full of mold and dirt everywhere, the sheets were dirty and the towels smelly.The wardrobes full of dust, and the sofa stained with I don't know what.I repeat that the room as well as the bathroom is full of mold which is bad for your health.How do you sell a room to people who come on holiday in those hygienic conditions?As?I really wish the owners would take note of this criticism and improve the conditions of their facility.I understand that there is no economic availability, but cleaning is possible.Behind the sink in the bathroom is full of hair and dirt, there are products that can remove mold.In Bali there is a lot of humidity, wash the sheets and towels with detergent.You also have responsibilities if you put rooms up for sale.Sweep, wash the floor, the windows, dust, clean the bathroom fixtures, leave toilet paper for guests.These things can be done and I'm sorry that it hasn't been done.

So we booked 3 nights in this property but after 1 night we left.As you can see from the photos the conditions of the room were serious to say the least.The structure by putting unrealistic photos on Agoda deceives people.The room has mold and dirt in every corner, the sheets were dirty and smelly as were the towels.There was dust and cobwebs on the wardrobe shelves, not to mention the terrible condition of the sofa and bed fabrics stained by I don't know what.As you can see, the sockets are dangerous and disconnected, a complete disaster.In the bathroom the sink was very dirty, full of hair, behind the sink there was no toilet paper and the most serious thing was all the mold on the walls which prevented breathing.Another very serious thing is that in the bathroom there are uncovered pipes where animals and insects enter. We are very sorry that the facility does not put effort into at least the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms.It's the most important thing, at least the basics. We arrived at 2 in the morning after a long journey. When I saw the room I started crying, how can you sleep in those conditions?Ok we are in Bali but I expect to find what I book and in this case I feel scammed and deceived.
