Good location although the places to walk outside are very narrow, the restaurant food is quite good. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The mosquito net on our bed broke and a light went out and they came right away to fix it. I recommend it

My husband and I went to Bali for our honeymoon and we spent a few days in the villa Suarti Boutique Village and the truth is that it was wonderful in every aspect, beautiful villa with private pool, phenomenal treatment and good location... we left delighted

Really crazy room!! Very beautiful and relaxing private pool and garden, spacious bathroom and very romantic canopy bed. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The breakfast isn't the best but you can hardly find better in the hotels in the area. Very convenient location near the center of Ubud (10 min by scooter that they rent)Advised!

Excellent hotel to stay in Ubud. The hotel workers are super nice and are always willing to help you. The villa is cozy, very romantic. The downside was the lack of light in the room.

During our stay we received excellent treatment, super attentive, fast and pleasant service. Always smiling and greeting kindly. The facilities are magnificent, very cozy and decorated with very good taste.We were in a spectacular villa with a private pool. Very spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Breakfast was brought to us daily at our request, which was very comfortable and pleasant. The food is very delicious, with its Balinese touch which helps you immerse yourself in the culture. Located in a good area near the center of Ubud but on a somewhat quieter street, which is appreciated since there is less traffic and noise. We rented a motorbike from the hotel and moved easily throughout Ubud with it.An excellent place to relax and take advantage of getting to know the area. Super recommended!

Unfortunately not recommended. Broken rooms with doors that stick, toilets don't flush well, sink drains that wash away the water very slowly, air conditioning in the room resonates with a lot of noise and, last but not least, the bed creaks a bit with every turn.Then also a construction site right in front of the room and the view (where beautiful green rice fields are promised), who work there 7 days a week (and sleep!).All in all “a bad experience”.We received part of it as a refund, but we would have preferred not to.

There were 4 people, so we used 2 bedrooms on 2 floors and used a private pool.The water was clean and clean.The welcome drink was delicious and there was a welcome massage haha 10 minutes.There is a fruit store nearby so I can buy fruit and eat it.To get a meal, I took a Grab for about 10 minutes, but the traffic was hell, so it only took 30 minutes to grab a Grab. It took more than ㅠThe accommodation is far from the city, but it's better.I wandered around the main street.So at least the car was running.The kids really had fun in the swimming pool!! It’s cozy~If I come to Ubud again...I think I can book 2 nights~!There was a hard rock in Kuta.I actually liked it~~♡

Overall, I would recommend this place. I stayed here for about a week with my family of 4 in the Juglo Duplex Villa. I'm glad we chose that because it was moderately close to the restaurant.Although most of the staff I interacted with could speak English, the staff doing errands couldn't really.The staff were very nice and helpful. And I enjoyed breakfast event though there were only 4 options. The juice was fresh.Some issues though.- the systems weren't integrated. When I purchased it said breakfast would be included. Then when I arrived they said their system didn't say that. But luckily I showed them my invoice and they agreed.- The electricity from my room didn't work for 1 evening.- They seemed kinda stingy with the toiletries. The soap wasn't really of good quality either.- The roads nearby were kind of narrow/non existent.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2024 and booked a Private Pool Villa for ₹5500 per night via Agoda.The location is superb, the nearby M Mart & Alfa Mart are huge & we bought chocolates which we couldn't find anywhere else in Bali.They offer free 10 minute massage on arrival with welcome drinks. The services were good & quick and the staff was very courteous, there were few problems-The room lights are not adequate, very dim.-Breakfast option is not buffet, there are ONLY limited 4 options (Continental-English-Indonesian-Fruit Breakfast) and could be difficult if you are vegetarian.- The villa private pool depth is 150cms, a little too deep for common non swimmer.We upgraded our breakfast to Floating Breakfast for mere Rs. 400 served in our private pool, which was an awesome experience and we couldn't even finish the whole food. The English Breakfast is mind blowing. Indonesian is below average. Fruits are not too yummy. Pancakes are good.

Very dim lights, details that leave something to be desired (not refilling gel, shower that the rubber comes out, cistern control that gets stuck, not having any anti-mosquito plug when other cheaper hotels provide it).I have a bittersweet feeling about this hotel because the initial impression is very good but then you keep finding flaws that could be easily corrected.

We stayed 4 nights in this villa with swimming pool and 2 bedrooms. At first glance everything is very beautiful. But as soon as you enter the rooms and bathrooms you quickly realize that the hotel is dilapidated and poorly maintained. The bathrooms are filled with limescale and mold. Draining the water is done with great difficulty. The fabrics on the outdoor furniture are very dirty. The walls are cracked. The hot water has a rotten egg smell which is very unpleasant. The swimming pool is very chlorinated and turned my partner's hair green. In the rooms there are no electrical outlets for charging to plug in our devices. Towel racks in the bathrooms. No hairdryer, no sunbathing or deckchair available. It’s a real shame for a hotel that calls itself 5 stars. However, the staff remains very pleasant and friendly. Given the value for money, I do not recommend this hotel. Commercial discount request refused.

Never chose this hotel. It feels like a 2 star.1.very dim lights2. No space to open your luggage in room3.shower area is like 1 star4.toilet area is like 1 star5.water is too smelly like metal.(hot & cold both)6.water lickage in washroom7. There is no stand to put wet clothes.8.very dirty pool area9. No night lamps10.main thing door locks are horrible. It will take 10 minutes every day to open & close the door lock.11.staff is good & helping.12.food is good but breakfast menu is not suitable for vegetarian. Only bread butter & fruit for vegetarian.13.bed borders are too sharp, I hurt my self thousand times a day.14.no air freshner in the room or toilet.15.no mostquito replenant.16. I saw lots of red aints & small crabs in pool area.I never suggest this village anyone. Just name is big but other 4-5 star hotels are much much better than this.

We stayed here during our honeymoon, while the services were completely fine and the staff was very courteous, there were few thums-down1) The room lights are not adequate, very dim. When asked we were told it was for romantic set-up, but it was difficult to even arrange our packing bags after sundown due to the minimal lights in the room2) Breakfast option is not buffet, there are ONLY limited 4 options (Continental-English-Indonesian-Fruit Breakfast) and could be difficult if you are vegetarian.3) The villa private pool depth is 150cms, not suitable for mid height non-swimmers or kids who don't know how to swim.- Akash & Nikita
