This Hotel makes marketing with their Rooftop pictures but the Rooftop isn't active anymore. You can go up there but nothing is there. It looks lost for years. Super disappointed when we arrived there and wanted to enjoy the sunset.Beside that there's a nightclub which won't let you sleep during the night. Even though we changed the room, it was still very noisy. Can't recommend this place after all.

If there was 0 star I would have given 0 star. One of the most worse experiences i had around the world. The hotel is super dirty , super used , very smelly, nothing from whatever u see in the photos ... the rooftop is broken nothing up there, dont be trapped while booking ..Plus the noise of the clubs around the hotel won't let u even blink to sleep.I couldn't cancel my stay cuz it's nonrefundable amount.Bathrooms super dirty .. bed full of insects and bacteria.I had to clean back the room with detol and spray it so I could sleep for few hours.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.lower then the normal standard of 1star hotels. The owner is not bothering to make the guest happy or not..

POSITIVE: The housekeeping and service (valet, five-times-a-week cleaning, etc.) were excellent. There were lime deposits on the floors, which made them appear dirtier than they were, but the apartment was clean. There was also a dishwasher, but the hotel's low water pressure prevented its use (at times, there was no water at all). The apartment had a view of the sunset and a great view overall. It featured an extremely large smart TV, a super couch, comfortable beds, and good lighting. The pool area looked rundown but had a nice view. If it weren't for the noise issue, it would have been a good property.NEGATIVE: We signed a one-month rental agreement for a three-room apartment (the best-equipped one in the hotel) through a broker. During the viewing, we asked if we could hear music from nearby venues and about general noise levels, but the manager's assistant from the hotel assured us that it wouldn't be loud at night. Since the apartment looked generally okay, we rented it based on this statement. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed on the first night. There was loud disco noise from a nightclub directly across the street. We hadn't noticed it during the viewing because the club looked like a regular restaurant. It starts at 11 PM and goes until 7 AM, with loud bass that penetrates everything. When the music finally stops, there's usually another hour of shouting, screaming, and arguing outside the club. Even earplugs are ineffective. We complained and wanted to terminate the contract amicably (since the information we based our decision on was false). The hotel refused and insisted on the contract, which had no cancellation clause. I still doubt the validity of this contract since it was based on a lie (misrepresentation of facts). This hotel is only suitable for partygoers who go out at night and come home in the morning. The windows and terrace door are Balinese-style, meaning they are almost open and offer no sound insulation at all. They tried to soundproof the apartment Balinese-style by covering the gaps with foam, which was completely ineffective (though it did help keep out insects). The management let us test all available apartments and penthouses, but the noise could be heard throughout the hotel (if not from one side, then from the other side due to other open-air bars). As tourists, we didn't know that this region of Petitenget in Seminyak is a party hotspot, and we relied on the management's statement that there would be no noise disturbance. The hotel apparently has no budget to install proper soundproof windows like those found in other properties. We spent more than half the time staying at other hotels in Bali due to sleepless nights.

It was horrific, just a very tired old hotel everything was run down and broken. Our room was directly next to all the AC compressors which sounded like a cement mixer full of chains!

You get what you pay for in life, is today's motto having checked out of Imani Suites. You can't pay low prices and expect high quality. Whilst the staff were pleasant, the room was quite dirty. There was leaking water around the toilet and dark bathrooms hide a lot more. Grey bath towels on offer, which look like they may have been white, putting us off using them.Might have also been useful to know it was next door to a nightclub which played banging music til 6.30am. So if you want sleep, I would not recommend this place. That said, it served a short term purpose. We are now happily checked into the W.
