There is parking for 6 cars inside (full can be parked in front of the hotel). The staff and owner are very good, service mind is excellent!! The room is spacious but has a musty smell. There is a TV, refrigerator, soap, towels, and drinking water. Located near Anusarn Night market.

This place deserves a great review. I booked it because it's just 5 minutes from the Muay Thai gym I came to Chiang Mai for. It's a place that has everything you need for a stay. Don’t expect anything extraordinary or luxurious; you’re paying fairly for what you get. The room is old but very clean. There’s a small minibar, which is a nice touch. The air conditioning works well, there are hooks for hanging your clothes, and a small table with a chair if you want to work or study. The bed is quite basic, so don’t expect great lumbar support. The pillows are soft, which helps a bit, and the sheets are clean and soft. I haven’t woken up with back pain (unlike some other places where the bed is excessively cheap). They clean regularly, so you can ask at the reception for housekeeping if needed. Every day, they provide two bottles of water and toilet paper, which is appreciated. The staff speaks very good English. The guy at the reception is extremely friendly and attentive, ready to help with anything you need. The reception is open from 7 AM to midnight. There’s a small café with affordable prices (see attached). They also have some cold snacks in a refrigerator, along with water, juices, beer, sodas, and more.THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:If you’re a traveler who needs strong internet for work, studying, or video calls, this is the perfect location. I’m a designer, so sending large files can be tedious with poor internet. The speed and quality here have been impressive, and I’ve been very happy.Another highlight is the beautiful orange kitten at the reception who is there all the time. And the REALITY:The location is literally next to the night market, so there will be constant noise at night. If you value peace and quiet, be aware that there will be activity until around 11:30 PM. But as someone mentioned here, earplugs can solve the issue, or if you go to bed a bit later, you shouldn’t have trouble falling asleep. This place deserves more clients and more recognition. Highly recommended.

Old but cheap, clean, and well-located innThis inn is located behind the night market and is recommended for travelers.Although the building is old, it is well-maintained and you can walk around the room barefoot without feeling uncomfortable. The cleanliness and comfort of the bed is good. The wifi is fast enough and stable. There is a desk and chair so you can work on your computer or eat comfortably. It's close to the night market so you can hear the music. It's not loud enough to disturb your sleep. The downside is that the walls between the rooms next door are thin, so you can hear people talking and the sound of the bathroom. Two bottles of water and two sets of towels and soap are provided. No shampoo, body soap, or toothbrushes provided. If you stay for a long time and don't say anything, they will pour two bottles of water on the doorknob. When you ask the receptionist or staff for extra towels, they will smile and ask you if you just need a towel. Shall I clean your room? They will respond politely.

This has been my regular place to stay when I come to Chiang Mai for the past 30 years.Thirty years ago, it was a new and beautiful guesthouse, but it is now old and somewhat worn out.Insects and mushrooms can sometimes get into rooms on the first floor, so if you don't mind such things, I recommend staying there.I think this is the cheapest place to stay around here.

Dirty and dusty rooms, dirty blankets and sheets, I was supposed to stay three nights but after the first I ran away. Very cheap but with indecent dirt. …

I don't understand the cleanliness criteria of those who reviewed this property as clean. We had to run away because the dust on the wardrobe and in the corners had triggered a strong allergic attack. …
