Highly recommend!! Lovely and clean hotel with a well-stocked pantry (bottled water, coffee, instant noodles etc.). Not located at the heart of old town but food and shops are well within walking distance. The amazing hospitality by the hotel staff also made our stay very enjoyable.

Such lovely welcoming friendly staff who go out of their way to help, I recommend highly this very well located hotel with lovely cafe attached.. |close to all convient facilities, local market just down the road, many cafes & Saturday market across the road, a must!

Everything is good. It's a small disadvantage, staying in a room on the side of the road so there was loud traffic noise. But next time will go back and stay again.

One of the best place to stay in Chiang Mai Old Town. It is located towards the south side of the old town but it is about 15 minutes walk to the centre. The entrance to the hotel is down the lane. The first bit you will see on the main road is a popular cafe ( you will be given discount vouchers during your stay. I highly recommend visiting the cafe at least once). There are no breakfast buffet in this hotel but there are plenty of stalls nearby where you can try local food.There are convenience stores and day and night markets nearby the hotel ( about 5 mins walk). The hotel staff are very friendly. There is a small refreshments area where you can help yourself to some snacks and drinks. They even provide you with plates etc and a microwave should you need to use it.

The best place to stay and the best location in Chiang Mai! Great wifi, clean, modern and walkable to many amazing spots. The staff are very sweet too :). Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 4 nights and the truth is that we were very comfortable. Very large and new room, comfortable bed, bathroom with everything you need. Coffee, juices and snacks available to guests for free in the lobby. It is located in the southern area of the square and requires a long walk to get to the center. Even so, it was no problem for us and we would repeat without a doubt.

Stayed in Jasmine room for 4 people. Very impressive, there are 2 sets of bathrooms and shower rooms. Spacious living area A lot compared to other hotelsVery clean, the room doesn't smell musty.Come next time, definitely stay again. Recommended.

The facilities are good, except for the mattresses, which are of low quality. The worst thing is the unfriendly treatment of the staff, which is sometimes even hostile. They are capable of ruining the relationship with the Client to earn the last dollar. A shame. I found a cockroach in the bathroom (see photo) and informed them without complaint. I also found the shower broken and they cut off the water for two hours until the workers fixed it (they didn't clean the bathroom after two workers stepped on it with their shoes, also stepping on some floor towels), I didn't complain either. But when they found that my son had bled and dirty some towels with dirt after returning from a field trip, they charged me for it... The first time in my life that a hotel charged me to clean a dirty towel! I paid to have the towels cleaned (which were clean, in perfect condition, since they even showed them to me clean. I asked them if the towels were for me and they told me no, they were keeping them for the hotel). I don't understand that they are ruthless with me, when I overlooked their failures. I think it's great that everyone gives them 5 stars, I value my experience, nothing more.

This place was fantastic. It was low key with a lot of little extras that I didn’t even know I wanted. They had a little refreshment area with tea, coffee, fresh juice and munchies. It was right around the corner from wild rose yoga and some great restaurants. The amenities in the room were top notch. The tea was SO good and the soaps were also pretty awesome too. The staff was awesome and handled an unhinged guest with professionalism and grace. They also gave me a little parting gift when I checked out. Room was cold and shower was hot! I would highly recommend staying here.

The AC is AMAZING! Book this hotel! On days that hit 90F+, you’ll thank me! The rooms were as pictured online. Hotel is about 2 years new. Rooms are new and very clean. Towels are what you would get at a 5-star hotel, soft and plush. There is a hotel guest station with cold bottled water and snacks, a lifesaver when it’s 98F out. It’s not in the most happening spot in town but I don’t mind walking or taking a Grab. Staff is friendly and courteous and speak English.Also, check out Sunday Baker which is in the lobby of the hotel.

Nice place! Clean room, good shampoo, smart TV, generous owner with big complimentary, and welcomed staffs. There's a lift with three floors. Parking lot can afford cars for 8-10. 5 minutes to a big market, where you can find many interesting food. And 5 minutes to Wualai, Saturday night walking street market.

Perfect!!Cleanliness is good, staff are friendly, and beds are comfortable.Free coffee and drinks are available 24 hours a day on the first floor.There is also a separate cafe (cafes are not recommended).Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here.There are many places where you can eat like Pocha near the accommodation.That was so good too
